good but I'm still not convinced i am doing the right thing,I am very concerned about the cancer risks so I am thinking of coming off them as well as my mini pill (which i take to control my endometriosis) I am mostly concerned about osteoporosis, and my question is surely if i take Vit D and Calcium every day I can protect my bones in the same way ?
I have stretch marks. they are on the bottom of my stomach so i cant see them without a mirror.....im really not happy and i cried for a while after i saw them. I've been doing everything i can to prevent them and still got them....and they are super itchy it's hard not to scratch.

We have even took him to see some doctors and one of them told us that this could be even worse if he continues like this.
Not only that he should change some of his nasty habits but he should change his complete eating habits.

View 3 RepliesSo a couple nights ago I drank and can't remember part of the night. The funny thing is usually when I get drunk a trip n fall and that type of stuff and remember it fine. I wasn't drunk enough to be doing that but the whole night is hazy. And I guess I tried to have a conversation with a buddy's mom and I don't remember it. The bad thing is there are thoughts and feelings I have that I hope I didn't tell her about and I'm afraid I did. I'm to chicken to ask. I kept on telling them I wasn't drunk. I also remember thinking this is my last beer and I'm done but I'm pretty sure I drank more after that. All the people that I was drinking with say I was very drunk. And I just can't remember. I know my drink wasn't spiked or anything. But I'm also told my husband wanted me to go to bed and I didn't want to don't remember that either. I did start drinking on an empty stomach. But then I ate after about 2 beers.
My question how to prevent future memory loss cause sometimes it happens sometimes it does. And why. And does anyone think I would have said embarrassing things to the buddy's mom
Ps I'm not an alchohalic And I'm of legal drinking age and a responsible adult 90 percent of the time
Right now I'm in hypothyroidism mode. I was taking methimazole due to it being severely hyper but now am not on anything because of waiting 6 weeks until blood work to be done. My hair continues to fall out. Has anyone had issues with this. If so what supplements can be taken or what can I do to help slow the hair loss down? Will it grow back?
View 6 RepliesI have heard that estrogen can be prescribed if you are experiencing spotting while taking the depo shot. I just had my second shot and am still experiencing the spotting! It started a lot sooner than it did the first time i got the shot. My doctor (family and my gyno) both say to just ignore the spotting. Which is okay when it is not heavy, but I went on the depo shot because a friend had suggested it to me. She said she experienced bleeding after the shot and was prescribed estrogen for it. She took it for 3 days and her periods and spotting stopped completely.
Now, my doctors will not prescribe me anything. My family doctor said he has never heard of this, and my gyno (which is the same doctor who prescribed her the estrogen) keeps saying ignore it. I went on my own with an old prescription of birth control pills and picked up a pack hoping it will work. I plan to take it today, however, if it does not work would one suggest picking up a OTC estrogen - if one exists? I'm in Canada. My friend says to try a new doctor, but I have been to many and another is just too much.
Originally my gyno was suggesting the IUD and with the horror stories I have heard I just wasn't interested which is why I went with the shot. The original BC pill had stopped working for me as spotting would occur (after 1 year or so) no matter which brand I would switch to.
I appreciate the help as I am quite concerned and just want the bleeding to stop at this point... My body now gives me no warning signs that bleeding will occur.

But then I started getting breast discharge . I'm really scared cause I had a baby when I was 13/14 it was really hard for me . My families under welfare, I'm under calworks . Well my main concern is will the social workers get involved ? Will they know about the abortion? Will the doctors ask for the baby's father ? What's gonna go down at the abortion place ? What questions are they going to ask . My mom can't know . I'm all alone on this . I don't want anyone to know or for anyone to be involved .
