View 1 RepliesI'm a 33 year old male. I had unprotected sex 5 months ago. I've been tested for HIV, herpes, chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis- all negative. My doctor, as well as a urologist, have both said I am fine. They say that it's related to stress because the unprotected sex was not with my wife (she's been tested and is negative too). The problem is that I still have burning in my penis and scrotum and tingling in my toes. I don't have any discharge and it doesn't hurt to pee. The burning is pretty constant. The itchy, warm anus is occasional. I've taken 3 different antibiotics and one nerve damage drug and no change.

During the intercourse the condom broke,it didn't take me more then 15-20 seconds the most to realise it and I stopped right there. A week or two later I shaved,but it was my first time using a buzzer,usually I trim it with scissors. View 4 RepliesI began seeing bald patches on my head: one rather large one and 2 smaller ones. I also am losing a ton of hair each day. I have been diagnosed with a ferritin level of 8 and an iron level of 28. I am taking 325 mg of iron 3 times a day along with other vitamins. Approximately how long before I see an improvement in hair fallout and regrowth. I am also seeing a dermatologist for corticosteriod injections to help with regrowth in the completely bald spots. I am strongly considering shaving my whole head?

Upon further inspection there appears to be at least one definite purple lump around the anal hole but if I push like I would during a bowel movement the whole anus gets purple and puffy with the same looking lumps as the original one. Pain and itching is accompanied to this. Is it actually hemorrhoids? Should I go to the doctor even though it's embarrassing or is it really even embarrassing?

it started around 20 days back earlier it was only a pimple like thing ....
For the last 1 or 2 days I have had a painful lump on the skin around my anus. It is about a centimetre away from the opening but still on the anus part. It doesn't hurt sitting but on occasion you notice it is there.
I thought it might be a spot, but then started reading about Hemorrhoids.
When I went to the toilet shortly ago after I defecated I wiped and there was quite a lot of dark red blood on the toilet tissue. The pain was sort of gone then, like it had released the pressure. I immediately applied germolene to it as that seemed like the best product to use from the house.
My questions...Do you think that sounds like Hemorrhoids? Is the likelihood it will go away on its own if I drink plenty of water and eat plenty of fruit? Should I go out and buy some Hemorrhoid cream from the supermarket?
I have never had this before. I have not had irregular bowel movements, diarrhea or constipation recently although have had IBS symptoms on and off for years now. This lump is in no way connected to the inside of my anus. It felt like the size of a pea, maybe slightly smaller.
For about a week I've been having a hard time passing stool. It all started last Thursday when I came home from school and sat down to use the toilet. When I pushed i felt excruciating pain and it felt like someone was jabbing a knife in my anus. Also it burned. The burning came from an excessive amount of hot sauce intake (I love hot sauce and eat it with everything). Friday through Sunday was horrible. I drank tons of water and ate a lot of prunes and eventually went downstairs and bought some milk of magnesia. That seemed to do the trick and by Sunday my stool was soft enough to come out and the burning wasn't as bad. But ever time I did use the bathroom my anus would hurt and burn and swell. I thought everything was okay, but today when I arrived home from school I sat on the toilet and again when I pushed I felt like a knife was jabbing me in my anus. It hurts so bad! I just want to use the bathroom normally. This has never happened before and truthfully it's terrifying me. Do I have hemorrhoids? How can I stop the pain?

I have been worried for the past week about an incident that happened with me, I met a guy in a sauna ( im male too ) he had an uncircumcised penis . We got talking and went to the backroom to play. I am 40yr old female from Zimbabwe Africa. I have one external protruding pile from my anus & I don't know what to do. I'ts not painful, no bleeding but i hate the way it's been sticking out for the past 20 years.
