I turned on my lights, as you do whilst driving and the main beam came on, it WILL NOT GO OFF no matter which way i turn the switch etc etc etc. Its stuck on permanently, and the blue warning light on the dash board is on and wont go off neither. I have a seat ibiza 1.4 sport 2007 ....

View 3 RepliesSo I have MFD display errors for "main beam not working" on both sides but both of my headlights, lows and highs both work fine. this has been like this for a few months now. I can clear the codes with my VAGCOM and after a day or two they come right back. I do have LED license plate lights but for at least a year i only got the error code on startup for the plate lights but never headlights. A little confused as to what is tripping the headlight codes
View 3 RepliesThe passenger side 3rd row seat is stuck in the down position. The driver side lifted and locked in place just fine, but when I pull the release lever on the passenger side the outer part releases but center portion won't budge at all.
I've tried everything I can, which isn't much other than pulling and grunting at the same time (usually works for me )Critical because I need to set the 3rd row up in order to reach the bolt holding the 2nd row seat so they can be removed so I can access the fuel covers in order to replace the faulty fuel sensors so my gas gauge will work.
Driver's seat is stuck in partial recline mode. It goes down, but won't come back up...
View 4 RepliesThis morning a dash light informed me a headlight bulb was out. It was my DTR light on the passenger side.
I purchased Sylvania H7 high intensity, installed it and it failed to work properly. Daytime light on only drivers side works.
High Beam on , both lights works.
I checked my manual and it said to check fuse in the 5 slot on the driver side dash/door panel and there actually is no fuse in there. I checked the driver side and there was no fuse there either.
I replaced my driver side bulb last year and it took 5 mins....i am already 4 hours into this!
Yesterday my 2010 Prius 4 (98k miles) was normal until I switched the lights from normal to hi beam and then back again. The hi bean works but the regular headlights do not. All other lights work and there are no warning lights lit. Turn signals are normal. Could this be a circuit breaker?

There was no discernible change in power, other lighting, or anything else that I can tell. The lights didn't seem to flash in any particular pattern either....
What this might be?.....other than gremlins?
I have a 2009 Sante Fe AWD: What it means when the battery and seat belt lights flash on the dashboard while driving? The headlights also dim slightly and sporadically as if there is a huge load on the system. No noticeably pull or drag while driving.

The headlights work but my high beam indicator is stuck on. I know this is a common problem but for the life of me I can't figure out how to fix it. If I switch back and forth with the stick on the column it does nothing. Just stays on high beams. I've just kind of dealt with it for a while.
So I had an issue with my hid lights, I replaced one ballast and 2 new bulbs and they work fine now but the passenger side is stuck on high beam. When i turn on the brights only the driver side gets brighter, how to fix this? I only replaced the driver side ballast

View 4 Replies2008 Camry Hybrid. Normal lights are dim. Auto on position results in no lights. A turn brings the lights on, but appears to be a "parking" position. High beams OK
The dealership has no clue - they wanted to sell new bulbs. They are barely bright enough to drive at night, certainly not 10% dimmer from age as they described.. (plus the auto on does not work ).
Just wondering if it's possible to have the driving lights/fogs to turn on with the headlights when the switch is in AUTO? We prefer to just leave the switch in AUTO mode, but it defeats the purpose of even having the front driving lights as they are never used.
View 3 RepliesThe headrest of back seat will bend over when fold down the seat. But one of the headrests can't go back to original up position. The dealer has adjusted the cable but this just temporarily fixed the problem. The problem is back again. I will go back to dealer but can they really fix it? Should I ask for a replacement of the whole seat?
View 1 RepliesI have a problem with my Camry 170k on the clock. Took it out a few nights back and the high idle was stuck on, after about an hour the idle gradually dropped to normal.
The next night it would not start and run unless I keep the accelerator pedal pressed slightly, after warming up it seems to run fine, The high idle has not returned
I have seen a few suggestion on cleaning the iac valve with Carbie cleaner, so I tried that and it made no difference.
Hopefully this isn't a big issue, but I got in my car this morning and tried lowering the windows and only the driver window would function from the driver controls. The windows work fine with their own door control, but not from the driver's seat.

We received the Santa Fe a week ago and have since put 600 km on her. I took her into my work (auto mechanic) to wash and wax, looked underneath the engine and noticed 2 drops of what appeared to be engine oil. Between the transmission and engine block there are 2 10mm vertical bolts. The drops of oil have accumulated on the head of the bolts. There is a small "plate" between trans and engine with oil "weepage". My guess is the engine rear main seal is leaking! Not a small repair and certainly at 600 km.
I am having a problem with my rental passat, its a 2013 with 860miles and the seat lever that makes the seat recline broke and now the seat wont return to normal sitting position, its laid out almost flat. How to fix this? I am guessing there is a wire in there somewhere that will release it ...
