Nov 30, 2004
How do you change songs using phatbox? It seems it would be hard to navagate through 5000 songs using the cd player controls.

View 18 RepliesMy lcd on the radio showed the station/song for the first day and a half I owned it.. but now its not showing it.. same channel, same places, just not working.. is it a quirk? or did I adjust a setting and not notice that I turned it off?. I check the FAQ and did not see this question.
View 4 RepliesI find my GPS in the Prius C is not giving sufficient time via audible alert before I need to turn, it only gives around 50 metres warning and at 60kph I find I miss the turn sometimes. I am sure I saw somewhere to adjust this but cannot find it again!
View 3 RepliesI just bought a 2011 prius four with solar and navigation. Used the navigation yesterday, but my music wouldn't play while it was navigating. Is there any way to change the settings so that the music keeps playing and the navigation interrupts when it needs to give directions?
View 5 RepliesSo this just started randomly about three days ago. I was listening to music through the ipod adapter and all of a sudden the song changed, then a few seconds later my song changed again. it continues to happen but is completely random. Sometimes songs will play all the way through and sometimes it skips.
View 8 RepliesI've tagged a bunch of songs from Sirius XM and now I want to see what they are. Does the factory cable support tagging? Is there some way to find out which songs are tagged (even just the names from within the stereo system) or have to buy a different cable to get this info?
View 2 RepliesIn order to play my songs from iTunes, I transfer them to a memory stick and convert to MP3. It plays them fine but in reverse order.
View 6 RepliesI have noticed that some albums/songs are not being detected by the Entune player that are on the USB drive. I verified that the albums/songs are on the drive. I noticed that it reads MP3 files fine but not MPEG-4 files. One would think the player will recognize the common file types.
View 8 RepliesCan't find a way to use a USB drive to play songs through the stereo system on an '06 avalon yet.
my '12 kia optima has this option and I love it: I hardly listen to the radio any longer and it certainly beats having to shuffle around CDs every few days. I guess I could try using an FM transmitter that has a built-in USB slot.
No matter what USB drive I use I can't get it to show more than 255 songs. I have 937 songs on the drive but 2/3 of them don't show. How to get it to show all the songs?
View 4 RepliesWe have a 2010 Kia Sedona. My wife and daughter say that when they plug their iPods into the van, the iPods will only play the same two or three songs. This has been going on for many months. I don't have an iPod myself, and know nothing about them.
View 1 RepliesI literally just picked up my 2013 GS 350 at the auction.
Right when I drove off with it, I plugged in my Iphone 5 and selected the ipod menu, and it loaded up all the music on my iphone. After some fiddling I got the bluetooth to work nice as well.
Then later in the day I plugged my Iphone in after work, and noticed that when I selected the "Ipod" on the audio menu, the screen where the songs are supposed to populate doesn't load up the songs. The screen is just blank, as if there was no ipod connected.
I own a 2012 Toyota Camry SE and I am trying to figure out why I can't skip songs using the controls on my steering wheel when my phone(Samsung Galaxy Note 4) is connected to the car via Bluetooth. The car connects to my phone via Bluetooth without a hitch, but every time I play music from my phone and I try and skip a song by pressing the right arrow on the steering wheel, it doesn't respond. The odd thing is, every once in a while when I do try skipping songs, it works! The problem is, I have to press the arrow key multiple times and almost a once in a blue moon type of deal.
View 6 RepliesI just got home with my new Prius 2 and plugged my new iTouch into the USB connection. Podcasts and audiobooks seem to be playing fine, but while my playlists show up on the car's touchscreen, it says there are no songs in them...any of them. It doesn't see any of my music by song, artist, album or otherwise.
View 1 RepliesIs it possible to change the songs on the steering wheel on my iPhone 5 when I'm connected via bluetooth? Works fine with USB but not the iPhone.
View 15 RepliesI bought a 64GB usb 3.0 flash drive and I loaded about 1,500 songs onto it from iTunes. When I plug the flash drive into the car, it shows that I have 496 songs on the flash drive.
View 11 RepliesSongs listed in the "browse" are not correct(looks like an OLD SYNC) and can't get it to update to the new songs that are listed on my phone. Tried to delete the phone on BT devices listed and re-start the phone, didn't work. When clicking through on the steering wheel dials, the correct songs play though. Also, if you try to search for songs and go "backward" from Z-A, the songs listed are completely incorrect for the alphabet.
View 2 RepliesOccasionally, when I play songs, I hear my speakers kind of buzzing, where they sound like they are going bad.
Its super annoying, but I can't think how to replicate it. Any way to show them or what should I do?
My warranty would cover this, right?
Also, if I have installed footwell LEDs, might they argue about that effecting my warranty or anything?
So I got a new prius 2015 that isn't the plug in version but the self generating battery version, and upon getting it I had the following problems
Autoplay on iphone music when I was listening to youtube on my iphone, when the song on youtube was ending and heading to the next song on the playlist (on the youtube app); It would just autoplay the songs written on my iphone memory.
Is there some way to store favorite songs? My stand alone radios would do that and I believe Ford satellite radios will do that. I can't figure out how to get this one to do it. I'm afraid it's an area where Toyota is much inferior to many others.
View 2 RepliesHow to upload songs to the vehicle's built-in Hard Drive (shown as 'HDD' on the navigation).
