View 12 RepliesWhat is the cause, and when I bring my Touareg in for it's 15000 mile service...what should I expect them to do to rectify the problem?
View 11 RepliesJust noticed a considerable amount of condensation on the lenses of both fog lamps. Since I rarely, if ever use them, I'm wondering if this will be a problem over a period of time. Does this indicate a flaw that I should address with my dealer?
View 15 RepliesI've noticed that often in the morning, my Touareg has condensation forming on the inside of the front winshield. I don't drive the vehicle daily. I have looked for a moisture source inside of the vehicle but it is bone dry.
View 3 RepliesWheel Balance 18" Wheels with there T-Reg? I have a slight shimmy @ around 68-75. Had it balanced twice with no luck. The dealer doesn't have a good Hunter Road Force Machine? Other than that love the T-Reg.
View 1 RepliesLooking for a solution to the windshield condensation problem found in humid states. I took my Touareg in for the TSB but it has not worked much.
View 9 RepliesI got my Egg on 8/5/03. I have almost 10,000 miles on it, and other than an assorted rattle and a persistent shimmy in the wheel at certain speeds, despite rebalancing and rotation at 7,000 miles, I love it. It's quick, handles very well, and rides great. It's a topic of conversation everywhere, and while this is a matter of opinion and as I value mine I'll give it to y'all, it is one of the best looking SUVs made.
View 10 RepliesAbout a month ago, I traded my 04 V6 for an 07 V6. Everything was fine except that this morning I turned on the A/C for the first time (had been in Econ) and what happens? Condensation on the lower portion of the windshield just like in the 04.
View 3 RepliesI have only 3 days with my new Treg and I cannot make the A/C to stop blowing cool air off the upper vent into the windshield. So the cold air makes condensate water on the outside and I have to use the wipers to wipre it out, appearing again in few seconds. The A/C settings are either AUTO at 70F or manual and making sure the air is directed to the front.
View 18 RepliesMy son's wife has a PT Cruiser, she told me last night that it has a shimmy at 70 mph. What are the causes of this ?
View 10 RepliesWhat would be causing this? Might it be something wrong on when the front end was installed after my IC swap?
View 17 RepliesI just got my passat about 5 months ago and very recently had my coolant flushed and never used my A/C up until now. I'm just curious...am I supposed to be seeing it drip water after I turn my car off? I was expecting to have a puddle of water under my car after using it a couple times but there's nothing there. I don't think my evaporation hose is clogged because there's no water on my passenger side carpet.
View 4 RepliesI bought my CW r32 yesterday(#2746) . When got home I noticed that I had a little condensation in both hid headlights. Is this normal or should I be worrying? Also, I don't no how to use my iPod when put in the arm rest dock. My dealer said to "put it in cd mode then plug in your ipod, then it should play". This didn't work for me. I also found a inch1/2 scratch on my left headlight.
View 9 RepliesI went through a flood three weeks ago.
Since then my fog lights have been full of condensation. Is there a way to sort this out?
I have recently been having some movement in the rear of my car...I can mainly feel it when I am going under 20 mph. I have had replaced the two rear tires with other used tires cuz my original tires were going bald. Can this be the problem? Can Broken belts on the tires or "BAD TIRES" can cause this or is it another problem I should be worried about i.e sway bar links/ sway bar, etc.? 2000 buick PA 3.8

View 3 RepliesI took my car into the dealer and got the mech unit replaced. I drove it home in the rain and when I parked it I noticed bad condensation in the driver side tail light.I have never noticed this before and do not no if it was there when I bought it. Anyways, I did some research about the issue and I found that it is a common problem. I have read that it is normal because it is vented and others say take it to the dealer and get it fixed?
View 23 RepliesI have noticed here lately that I seem to be getting fog/condensation on my windshield. It goes up about 4-5 inches and stops. Is there a seal that I can check?
View 7 Repliesi have a 2003 nissan altima with 99288 miles on it. i just got it changed yesterday and one of the tech's showed me and said there was condensation on the oil cap and the oil was dark. he recommened an oil system cleaner. is this accurate or is there something more i should worry about? he also said i was 1/2 qt low. last time i got my oil changed at the same place he said my oil was 2qts low and recommened a semi sythenic blend to flush things out, which i did do. i usually get my oil changed about every 4000 miles or so, i try for 3000 but not too successful. i also drive 1/2 hr to and from work every day at a min.
View 11 RepliesI park my car in parking lot. leave it for 8 hrs come back and inside windows are completely fogged up. None of the other cars around me are like this. Happens a lot.
View 11 RepliesI noticed it a few days ago. little droplets all along the bottom edge of the third brake light. wanted to see if it was common or normal before i start dealing with the dealership. and...as always...
