Touareg :: 2011 - Rear Wiper Does Not Lift Up / Leaking Fluid

I have the 2011 Touareg Hybrid and having a problem with the rear wiper. (Hybrid, TDI, or V6) I have 2 issues:
- Issue 1 : The rear wiper is leaking fluid and it drips down onto the tailgate and leaves a stain. (See photo) The first time i noticed this I have the wipers in the auto sensing mode. It has not rained any, but I thought it was possibly activating. After washing vehicle, I turned off the the auto sensing and it has not rained at all nor have I used the wiper for anything. It did it again. I have informed my service advisor at VW and they are going to look at it next time I take it in.
- Issue 2 : My dealer and I have narrowed this down to be only on the Hybrid. The rear wiper does not lift up. Meaning I cannot pull the wiper out at all for cleaning and washing vehicle. When I got my hybrid, I could do that. However, there is a cap at the end covering the spray holes. We had to push the cap down further to where the holes in the cap lined up with where the water shoots out. This appears to be the correct position for the cap, but it now prevents you from being able to raise the wiper. You can also see the cap in the photo.

I have a leak in my rear wiper fluid line on my GTI. When I use the rear washer, I get a pool of fluid in the driver side taillight and under the rear seats. I'm getting some fluid in the rear driver side headliner as well so the break must be there. First step is to pull the headliner.

Looks like the gasket/seal for my rear wiper fluid line is bad. Fluid leaking/spraying out of the back. Nothing major but it's having to wipe off the fluid so often. And another reason to delete my rear wiper...

How do I turn on the rear wiper without it spraying the window with washer fluid? I've followed the instructions in the manual for using the rear wiper, but very time I turn the wiper on it sprays the window with washing fluid. I don't need washer fluid sprayed on the window if the window is already wet from rain.

Starting a few days ago, I noticed a wet spot underneath the front-right of the car.
Turns out, I'm losing wiper fluid. I fill it up to the top, watch it for several minutes.. it doesn't move. Pull off, come back 5 minutes later and I've lost nearly half the tank... so it's leaking, or at least leaking worse when the car runs by way of something calling for it or the movement of the car.

My power liftgate recently stopped working. The motor seems to be working but the motor will only move the gate a ltittle bit, then beep and stop. It does this regardless of which buttons I push or manually move the gate. I have no issues with the lock function. I can't seem to find out where the sensors are as I want to try fixing those first.

So my rear wiper works, but I can get no washer fluid to come out. Yes, I filled it properly. Is there a separate pump for the rear? a separate fuse? is it clogged?

How far does the rear wiper go? Full half circle; 180 degrees? Or is it less? It seems to me the couple times I used it, it made a full 180 degree sweep. After having the rear window replaced, it now only goes about 140-150 degrees. Stops at 10 o'clock position and returns.

I can activate the rear wiper spray, but cannot seem to activate the wiper itself. I am hoping that this is user error (misunderstanding owner's manual) rather than a broken rear wiper assembly.

The clips on the cover broke so I bought a new one. Since they redesigned the 04 base, I have to remove the base. I remove the nut on the outside and the 3 on the on the inside after removing the cover. However I can't figure out how to pull the wiper off and replace the base. There is something holding it together. There is a pin that is connected to the inside that has a round hole but it is not a torx, allen, or any type of other tool I tried.

I have a leaking washer fluid reservoir. Spews out under the car when I try to fill it up and then get the low washer fluid warning. Have always used washer fluid -20F formula.

I have a 2006 with 15,000 miles and I have noticed under the front of the car on the passenger side there is some type of oil or fluid leaking. Its not leaking on the ground leaving a puddle its some type of build up. What could it be from? When in service for oil changes service never noticed anything. I am due for 15,000 oil change and want to have it checked.

I have to replace my rear wiper arm and rear LED string on the hatch.
My rear wiper arm got damaged at a car wash, I took the cap off and removed the bolt however the arm will not come off.
The LED string, where to start and my dealer was unable to tell when I picked the part up.

I have a 2013 Sonata SE without about 41K on it. I got the oil changed back in May, and a few weeks after I discovered that it was leaking. I took it back to the oil change place and they ensured me that they cleaned up the mess they may have left behind. A month or two later, I believe the engine is still leaking. I've cleaned up two significantly huge puddles of oil, yet the dipstick says the oil level is right below the dot under the full mark. I checked to see if the oil filter was dirty, meaning the leak would come from there if the wrong filter was installed. The oil filter is clean.
There is also a clear fluid leaking out of the engine now too. I thought it was water, but it has a bitter taste to it. It may be the air conditioner, but it has never once spit out water like this since purchasing the car new in October of 2013.
My engine also gets hot much quicker than it ever did before. I can move the car a few feet after starting it up and it will go one notch below halfway on the temperature gauge. It has never exceeded this temperature, but it sure gets there quicker now after this oil issue began. I can also tell when the car is feeling a little sluggish in terms of acceleration, and right now, it's certainly feeling sluggish. The 2.4L isn't as peppy as it usually is.

Took my '11 F350 CC 6.7 Lariat with 31k miles on it into the dealer to have the tranny fluid leak looked at. I noticed this leak a few weeks ago as the bell housing was damp with fluid and the bolts heads on the underside of the poly engine oil pan were pooled with fluid. It is a very slow leak as I have parked it for 3 days and there were no drips of fluid on the ground, just collecting on the grid like pattern on the oil pan. Checked Fluid level and it is also full.
Anyway, the dealer put dye in the tranny fluid and told me to drive it for a few days. I took it back in on Monday and called this morning for an update. The mechanic informed that they ordered a new torque converter and some other parts to be "proactive" because he believes the TC is the issue. I asked if the cab would have to be pulled and they informed that all the work could be done from underneath. Glad I noticed this before the B2B warranty expired because this would have been expensive. I will be THOROUGHLY inspecting the entire vehicle from top to bottom before I hit 36k.

Topped off my brake fluid 6 months ago. Last week my brake light came on. I checked and I only had half the fluid left so I topped it off again. Today I went out and there was some kind of oil near my rear tires and my light came on again, needs more brake fluid.

The wifes 2011 Escape battery was dead. Charged it and also found that the rear wiper motor was not working. But it was very hot to the touch even with the car shut off. It was killing the battery. I wonder if the wiper needs to complete it's cycle to shut down. It won't work. Again it gets very hot even with the car shut down for the day I believe killing the battery. Also how can the wiper motor assembly be removed?

I have a leak from the rear driver caliper, it seems to come from behind the bolts that hold the emergency brake to the caliper (I had my wife push the pedal repeatedly so I could find the issue). I haven't been able to remove the retaining bolts (the allen head bolt doesn't want to play) to see what the issue might be.

My 2007 Tahoe is leaking a bluish or greenish fluid from the rear driver's side. I have not looked to see exactly where the leak is coming from, but was wondering what this could be?
