Touareg :: 2004 - Replaced Everything But Still Car Won't Start

Well I have a 2004 Gremlin that has gone through all the fixes (alternator cable, battery, even replaced some control module) go into car and won't turn over nothing.
See reports to reset the yellow battery isolation switch. Where the hell is this? What carpet do you remove? I tried to find it and no luck. There are those two panels on the floor (one on right side of chair and one on left corner) but those apparently are to access the battery tilt the chair back.

Recently died hydraulic unit and replace it with a new one. After that cars no longer be got, when you turn the key click retractor once and everything goes out. new battery has recently changed, the starter works too shot him believe the wiring under the feet and weight checked all normal.
Struck by errors and erased them, still will not start.

My car started giving me trouble I ran the scan tool and it told me that cell 6 was bad on my battery. I replaced the cell and put the battery back in now the check engine light is on and the problem triangle is on and the car wont start and only shifts into neutral but when I check for codes i get nothing .

I took my 2005 Prius to dealer and was told both battery computer and battery CPU were bad (easy $4,000.00 fix). So, I pulled big battery, located bad cell and replaced with similar voltage (7.9 VDC used cell). After re installing, the car will only go to neutral and will not start. Note, before tear down, car would start and run (I drove home from dealer). Before pulling big battery I could reset trouble lights for short time by removing ground to AUX 12V battery. Now, lights don't change and are always on. Car will not start or run and will only go in "Park" and "Neutral" and "B" does not show on dash like usual.

Tested and replaced 2 bad battery cells in my 2007 Prius... Got everything put back together and now all dash lights are on and engine won't start... When i try to shift into drive or reverse it goes directly into park... I tested the battery without removing the safety key and the inside terminals are at 220 volts and the outside terminals are at 0 volts as shown by photo... Maybe due to a fuse somewhere?

2004 Sentra, 100K, rough starting, running good. Dealer diagnosed Head Gasket leak, #3 cyl. misfire. $!300+ est. No can do.I added K&W Head Gasket&Block Sealant, per instructions. Filled radiator and reservoir with 50/50 coolant.Car start improved but CAR NOW OVERHEATS after 15 min. driving. Blasting heat brings guage to normal zone.DID SEALANT CLOG SYSTEM? How doI diagnose? What to check next?

I now have a new amp, the remote range fix, alignment since Egg pulls slightly to right and the steering wheel is off center. But they were totally clueless about the stepper motor issue/transfer case control module, and after going through all the printouts, they know about it now!
And I had my first oil change in 8 months at 2200 miles.. My question: How is the stepper motor replaced?

got my 2004 v8 fully loaded back in 2004 and quickly purchased the keyless start kit from spock.. been enjoying it ever since.. just passed 60,000 miles and keyless entry (where you just touch the handle to unlock) AND keyless start stopped working. car is at the dealership for the 60,000 mile service and having them look at it. they say that the keyless controller module is throwing error codes re: the signal and needs to be replaced... parts and labor $1,115!!! and, of course, the warranty went out at 50,000 miles.

Am I loosing it or does this car have an abundance of chimes, gongs, ding-a-lings and buzzers? Every time I start the car I get 4 audible chimes. My wife cannot stand to drive the car any longer.

My key got stuck in the ignition and I was unable to start it. The owners' manual shows a small hole to the left of the key slot which is poked with a paper clip to release the key. At some point the ignition in my tdi was replaced and no small hole is present. A knowledgeable tow truck operator/mechanic coaxed the key from the ignition and the tdi started when the key was returned to the ignition and turned. What is the proper way to remove a stuck key from an ignition without the little hole. I was reluctant to force it out. The ignition currently in my '04 tdi has a raised bar to the left of the key slot which I was unable to depress.

Noticed the fan running a lot louder then normal. Tire pressure sensor keeps saying it is low or that it is flat. checked air in all put air in all and still get that tires are low. Got a check engine light the other day then it went off. Went to start it today and wouldn't start. all lights come on on the dash gauges move except the battery gauge. Jump started it and she started got to the house and it wouldn't start. So i am thinking it is the battery or could it be the ecu? or the alternator? The lights on the dash weren't dimming when trying to start now i get nothing. Never had computers problems with it since i bought it. Been the same battery since it was purchased.

I had my 04 Treg vagged over a year ago to turn off the seatbelt chime and turn on the DRLs when the hi beams are on. I have not have any problems related to the Vag. This week my ESP loght went on so I brought it to the dealer (a new dealer, who has not worked on my car before). Tech states that the Vagging may have screwed up the codes and caused the ESP fault and some of the other strange things that have happened such as Key Battery Not Found and my audio cutting out for 10 minues last week. He said he could not reset the codes because he did not know the factory defaults. He stated he turned my DLRs on when, in fact he actually turned them off.
Before he noticed the Vagging, he changed the Clock Spring. However, the ESP light returned on and they returned the car to me with the ESP light still on. The ESP light goes off when I start the car and initiall drive but it then returns on. Also, the ESP button on the console is lit off stating that ESP is off.

I recently replaced the 2 rear Pirelli 19"s on the back with Michelin Diamaris 4x4. I left the slightly worn 2 front Pirellis on thinking NO big deal. WRONG! By not replacing all 4 tires at the same time I noticed a "clunking" noise coming from under the vehicle while under 20mph.
After trouble shooting at 2 different dealerships the second one concluded that I need 2 new front tires. At first they thought that the left front drive shaft was bad but after installing a new one "clunk" was still there. Dealer removed 4 wheels/tires from a new Touareg and placed them on my '04 and "clunk" went away. My '04 has the 4 corner air suspension and locking differentials as well.

I recently had to have e my alarm replaced on the car and after i left the dealer i parked and locked the car and came to notice that the chirp is no longer a chirp but a high pitched very loud beep that lasts longer than the previous chirp. The odd thing is that when i activate the alarm it sounds exactly as it should. I contact the dealer and asked if they gave me the right alarm and assured me that it is right and properly installed. What is going on??

I have a 96 GMC Jimmy that will not start..... I have replaced the spider fuel injector and now I get the right fuel pressure. I have random non regular spark that is very week. I have replaced the ignition coil, spark plug wires, spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor, cam sensor, the ECM, and the ignition control module. The crank sensor checked out to be good. I do not know where else to check...

I have a Prius for a company car. They have replaced the battery twice now and the thing only has 44000 miles on it. Got in it again after leaving an account this morning and it would not start. I let it sit about twenty minutes then it started. All my radio stations go out and every day I have to reset the clock. They have sent it in twice now and cannot find an issue but it keeps happening. Today was the fourth time in less than two months.

Cracked my oil pan somehow on the way home. I didn't notice it at first because I didn't go out to start it till the following evening. I went out to let it warm up for 5 minutes that evening and it started perfectly fine. I went back in the house to grab a couple of things, and i could here a loud ticking so i run out side to shut the car off and just as i get to the car it dies. so i push it into the shop and of course i notice the huge splotch of oil on the gravel. It sat in the shop for close to a month, as I got busy with school, and what not, I didn't get a chance to replace the oil pan.
I finally replaced the oil pan on Friday night, there was no metal bits or shavings in the old oil pan. it wont start. everything turns on in the car just fine. It just wont start. Battery is at 12.6 v all the grounds are solid no corrosion. The car tries to start, but the starter will maybe turn over once or twice and then stop.
Is the Motor pooched or is there something I'm missing.

I just put a new hydraulic system and clutch in my brothers 2002 Saturn sl1. Now we tried to start it yesterday and nothing. Just barely clicked a few times at the starter. I tried jumping it and checked all the connections I could think of that came off while doing the clutch. Nothing. So as I was pulling him home from the shop I had him try to jump it at a slow speed and what do you know fires right up. When we got it home . Turned it off and again nothing it just clicks. So my question is would it be the starter , maybe battery cuz it had a terrible looking ground connection or is something else misaligned on the flywheel. I wouldn't think so since it started and all the gears worked. Its a manual obviously.

I have a 2007 Prius, the ready light would come on, but when I pushed the start button, the engine would turn over and stop?
Had the car towed to the Toyota Dealer, and they told me that the HV ECU was bad? After replacing the ECU, it still would not start, now the dealer is telling me it's the inverter or the transaxle?

I replaced my headlight today, was really hard but I got it done. To my surprise, when I went to start my car it turned over then died. A gas smelled followed with a slight hissing. I also worked on my intake today because there was a leak, but I don't see how that's related? Maybe a fuel pump relay? She doesn't seem like she is getting fuel and dies!
