I know the front and rear emblems have holes behind them. Looking for pictures of the holes in the body of the car?

View 10 RepliesI need to put a front license plate on my Prius. I notice there are a couple little indents on my front bumper but no holes . Do I need to drill holes or something else here to mount a plate ?
View 13 RepliesI recently purchased a used 2010 Prius. I noticed that there are two holes on the floor in front of the passenger seat.
View 4 RepliesAfter reading about water in body panels in another post I looked on my rear door and saw what looks like drain holes, one on each side of the inside lip, but they are covered by a sticker and have been painted over. Was this something that was just never removed or are they supposed to be covered.
View 3 RepliesI bought the car from dealer, there are now FOUR! holes on the front bumper. I don't understand why they couldn't just use the existing holes to put the license plate holder. Now I'm stuck with these holes and I'm looking for a cheap alternative to fill them. I like the clean look of the front end without the plates and don't want to spend a fortune at a body shop, but I also don't want 4 dots either. What I can do/use?
View 3 RepliesWhat I should use to fill the holes on my front bumper? I know how to get paint to make it blend in but what should I use as a filler?
View 1 RepliesI plan to remove the front license holder from my car, fill the holes, and paint/clear coat/sand them. Any recommendation as to what to fill the holes with (I'm not going to use a plug.) Exactly what the bumper cover is made of, I can find the right material to bond to it.
View 2 RepliesHow do I get rid of license plate holes on my front bumper? I took my front plate off and now I am stuck with annoying holes drilled into my front bumper. Its not noticeable but i know its there so it irritates me.
View 4 RepliesI've noticed a lot of small leaves going down the small vented drain holes at the bottom of the rear window but cant find a way to remove the cover and clean out what must be years of accumulated rubbish .
View 3 RepliesI need to mount a plate on front bumper and there are dimples for 2 holes. Do I just use self tapping screws here as I've read you don't need a mounting frame?
View 3 RepliesMy dad was changing his plugs today (2000 passat 1.8t) and he found some oil down in the holes for the plugs on the front two cylinders (closest to the front of the car) and also on the plugs themselves, and needless to say hes a little concerned. he doesn't think there should be any there. headgasket?? He has 105k miles...
View 5 RepliesI just bought a 2011 GTI in Steel Gray Metallic. The first thing I did was remove the front license plate holder.
Doing that revealed 3 large holes (about 8mm), and 2 small screw holes. I'd like to repair this myself or have a shop do it.
Is there a relatively easy way to fix this myself (other than putting the holder back on)?
I know this has been talked about. Knocking in rear right area, when driving over bumps and holes.
Read its sway and struts. As of 2010 Hyundai had no recall or solution to issue.
Will this correct the noise. When I push the rear up and down I get no noise.
2009 Hyundai Elantra GLS
replacing the entire front bumper.I have removed the front license plate holder, and would like to fill the holes where it was screwed into the front bumper.
View 8 RepliesI took the car into the dealership to check an odd noise that comes from the front of the car every time I pass over speed bump or road holes.
They say I have to replace the steering rack. Can it be fixed or have to be changed anyway?
Looking for the factory diagram that shows the position of the PASSAT and 2.0T emblems on the B6 wagon hatch? I just had the hatch repainted and want to put them back on. If no diagram available, a good photo of each side would be useful for positioning. I found the diagram for the sedan online, but not the wagon one.
View 2 RepliesI just bought a new 2015 and I've been thinking about blacking out the emblems.
Out of the photos below, which include stock and my "edited" ones, what looks best? I also considered possibly replacing the front grille with a custom one instead of blacking out.
what is the best way to remove the emblems if i want to reuse it? .. i need to take off my emblems to finish my wrap job.. but i want to able to put them back on.. how would i do that? ..
View 4 RepliesI recently got my windshield glass scratched by my windshield wipers so I cleaned the window and did an inspection. It turns out I got about 7 glass chipped holes. There is 1 right in front of the driver seat so I knew about that but I didn't know about the rest.
I also checked the whole front and it's the same issue. Chipped paint everywhere.
I know it's from highway tiny rocks but still, is the Toyota paint and glass so weak or is it just my car?
Just wondering... should there be any plastic pieces inside the wheel wells directly in front of the rear wheels? There is empty space on mine where it looks like leaves and whatnot could collect. I can get a picture if needed. I expected there to be a plastic cover of some sort. Then again, maybe it is on purpose so if stuff collects in there you will see it and clean it out.
View 8 RepliesA weird problem occurred today on my 07 with 61000 miles, with no accidents or electrical problems before. When i pull the right stalk towards me to activate the front wiper washers, the rear washer turns on, and nothing at all comes out of the front washers, but the front wipers would still wipe several times as they normally would when front washers are activated.
