Late last night as I was puling up to park in front of a dark restaurant, I turned off my headlights so I would not blind the people inside. This is a 2010 Prius III.
When I left and tried to turn them back on, only the drivers side parking light (the small white one above the headlight) and side marker light worked. Passenger side nothing works, however on both sides the high beams do work.
2005 Super Duty 350. Getting ready to get my truck DOT-ed and I noticed the front amber side marker and parking lamps are not working (both in the headlight assembly). There is a fuse called "exterior lamps" that I believe these are on, the fuse is fine and all the rest of the exterior lamps on the truck work fine (all other markers, clearance lights and I.D. lamps on that same all inclusive circuit). Is there a special relay or something else I'm missing for these four front bulbs?
View 1 RepliesMy 2011 F250 has no front or rear running lights working, mirror side marker lights not working and fog lights not working. I have checked all fuses including 30amp trailer light fuse and they are good. The fuses in the passenger kick panel are not getting energized.
I replaced the switch with a friends from same truck and no luck there. The headlights, dash lights and turn signals work fine. Here's the kicker, when I back feed 12V to the yellow/blue wire at front running light it turns them all on, including mirror lights. I've switched out relays in the box under hood and that didn't work.
When I pull the switch on dash to turn on the fog lights the indicator in the switch doesn't work either, they are both listed on the same fuse but as I said, the fuses have continuity across the blades but when I test the socket there is no voltage going to them. I have not connected a trailer to see if those are out yet but will do today.
I replaced my standard parking lights with LEDs. The passenger side was a snap and super easy took all of a minute. The driver's side wasn't so. It was easy to get out and replaced the bulb with the same type as the passenger, however I can't get the bloody thing to lock in the hole.
View 2 RepliesI have punched a snowbank and cracked a front side marker light as well as toasted a hubcap. I looked up the parts and ordered them from an online parts place. The hubcap was an easy fit and that is done. Now on to installing that marker light into the driver side front bumper in my 2012 Prius V III! On initial investigation I see coming at it from the top (under the hood) is almost impossible. Looking up at the bottom of the car it appears there is a removable maintenance panel just under it.
View 4 RepliesI bought my Prius in November 2010. I replaced my headlights about three months ago when the right one went out. It went out again a few days ago. Then suddenly the diver side went out 2 days later. I also noticed that the right side parking light is out. The only lights that work are the high beams. I did check the fuses.

I have installed Precision premium LED parking lights (which are the little bulbs right above the headlights) in the place of the standard bulbs which from the factory are 194's. The LED lights occasionally turn off individually or sometimes just one side will go out, but if I turn my lights off and on again they both come back on. Why this is happening or any solutions to fix it? Is it the Bulbs or what because I thought LED draws less power than a standard bulb?
View 1 RepliesThe driver side rear marker light, stop & tail lights as well as the front park light have stopped working...its not any of the bulbs..just wondering if it is a fuse or a grounding issue? i cant seem to locate a fuse for the driver side lights... Where to begin looking for a ground problem (assumed to be the issue)
View 2 RepliesMy driver side headlight and tail lights are not working. The brake lights and turn signals still work. I checked all of the fuses and light bulbs nothing is blown. It did rain yesterday and it looks like some moisture got into the driver side headlight, not like a pool of water just some condensation on the lens.
View 7 RepliesAll windows except the drivers window stopped working last night. And the front passenger window is down 2". Wouldn't ya know it before I got home it started raining. Stopped by a store and got a large box of cling-wrap to wrap the top of the door in plus stayed off the interstate to get home without soaking the inside but where do I start looking for the problem? Why the drivers window works fine but not the others. Seems they should all be on the same circuit. Everything else seems to be working fine, door locks, etc.
View 4 RepliesI have a 13 Sonata GLS completely stock and today I noticed that the whole right side parking lights and tag lights are not working. I changed out the bulbs and no luck. I also tried looking for a fuse that controls them and no luck. I also disconnected the battery to try and reset and nothing.

View 7 RepliesMercedes benz sl500 2003 ... What relay controls these lights. The lights are good and the bulbs are brand new. My headlights / fog / tail lights and turn signals all work fine. The side marker lights just do not come on. I was told perhaps the relay may be shot, however there are 2 fuse boxes in the engine compartment and they are filled with various relays and fuses. Oh, I have check out all the fuses and they are also good.

View 7 RepliesMy 2002 B5.5 Variant received some "tough love" in a parking lot recently, with the result that one of the front marker lights (in the fender ahead of the front wheel, on the side) was broken. I see that I can push on the light housing and it'll move in a bit, but how can I remove the cover (the colored plastic bit) entirely to replace it with a new, not-busted one?

View 14 RepliesRecently replaced 2 burned out brake lights on the drivers side. Discovered brake lights still don't work. Passenger side works fine. Exchanged bulbs but no luck. Brake lights still don't work. All running lights work as well as backup lights and turn signals. Just can't get the two drivers side lights to work.

View 1 RepliesThe brake light on the driver side doesn't work. The center window brake light works as does the passenger's side brake light. My first thought was the bulb, but when I just have my tail lights on it works just fine. From what I can tell it's obviously the same blub so I don't know where to go from here. The fuse that controls the brake light also controls all of the brake lights so I don't think that would be it since only one side is out. Trying to avoid going to the dealership if I can.
