Passat (B7) :: 2014 - Loud Crackling Noises While Driving On Normal Roads

I have a 2014 passat 1.8 tsi comfort line about 7 months old. And i have some questions about it. Does warranty cover interior quality? cuz there are loud crackling noises while driving on normal roads. and recently since it snowed the crackling became much more noticeable and loud, really annoying.
In the morning backing out of the driving way, the breaks squeak in a really high pitch sound, the dealership told me it is normal but it got louder than when i first got it. Seems like its a normal problem for most, but is there a way to reduce the noise? i get its cleaning the brakes but its mad loud.
So driving in the snow the brakes get really bumpy, is that abs or is it like crushing snow? just sorta scary feeling.

Just noticed the drivers bucket seat has started making squeak noises when driving over patchy roads. I know that using lube can solve it. My question is can the average person do this and does the seat have to be removed to fix the noise. It looks like 4 bolts will remove it, Now the tricky part. I have looked under the seat and see an electrical cable does this have to be unplugged and do I have to remove the Neg battery cable?

I have been experiencing pinging and crackling noises on acceleration from my vehicle it was purchased from the dealers May 2012. The problems started in October and I have been back and forth with the dealers for the same problems over and over and getting additional problems. Not to mention they keep saying that the problem is fixed and as I leave the compound I hear the noises.
I took it to have an independent scan from the dealer as it is now 5 months of run around with the issue not being resolved and I found out I have a bad ac compressor, steering rack and shock mount.

2006 LS V8: Looks like the driver's side window regulator broke this morning. On the way up, it made a couple of "crackling" noises and stopped. Window goes down but not up. I hear a slight hum of the motor when pushing the up button.
Looking at replacement parts, some offer with motor and some without. There is a youtube video showing the procedure for a 2000 LS Passenger Side. I assume the procedure for mine is similar.

I finally bought our first Lexus - a slightly used 2007 RX350 (early VIN - manufactured in Feb. 2006). We are hearing some faint crackling/rattling noises from our instrument panel/steering column after applying the brakes with the car idling at a complete stop. It will crackle and rattle for about 15 seconds and then disappear until I apply the brakes again.
We had a 2008 RX350 loaner the other day and I didn't hear this noise.

So I've had my 2015 IS250 for only 7-8 months, and it happened to rain in CA. My windshield wipers were put to use, but the wipers make loud noises. The rubber does not seem to wipe the glass smoothly or quietly as it skips or drags when the wipers go up. Will the dealership fix this at no cost?

Under normal driving how loud is the exhaust inside the car with the windows up and the radio on? I know the exhaust is loud as all the reviews say and i know there are videos on youtube of the exhaust but its always either with the windows down or windows up and radio off. I just want to know how much louder than stock it is just cruising with windows up and radio on if i want some sort of quiet.

My 11 f150 started to make a jingle noise like washers in a bag while driving over uneven bumpy roads. Normal highways are fine and it does it turning or going straight. Seems to be coming from drivers side. I replaced the swaybar link ends with moogs. Didbt fix the problem. I also removed the bushings abd lubed them with white lithium grease. Still the same sounds on the same conditions. I did t replace the bushings with new ones. I still have a extended warranty on the truck. Might take it in...

I have a 2010 Dodge Nitro and when I drive on icy roads the car makes vibrating noises but handles just fine when I get on bare roads everything is fine. Why I'm getting the noises on icy roads?

So here in SOCAL the roads tend to be a little rough and I feel slight yet annoying vibrations in my TSI with the 15 inch alloys on freeway speeds. Is this normal?

2013 4dr Stage 1 w/ dog bone tranny insert, VWR springs, 29K mi. LONG time Corrado VR6 owner - new to OBD II / turbo cars.
Car just doesn't feel as "solid" as it should. I expected it to feel really buttoned down with a quiet cabin.
I hear annoying creaking type noises when going over bumps / rougher roads (even did this with stock springs) Sounds like coming from rear interior, like window seal areas.
Not sure if this is due to body flex or something else. Anything to address this? Would any kind of stabilizer bars (front strut / rear hatch / under body chassis) work? or make it worse?

Recently it feels like the transmission is 'hunting' drops a gear, picks up a gear when driving constant speed on flat roads. 2.0T with tiptronic. Additionally, very intermittent, the car will get a shimmy around 48-50 mph. feels more transmission related and it is not the tires since it is an intermittent issue.

Not sure if normal or a malfunction. Twice over the winter here in MN I have been accelerating and when I hit a icy patch the car made a loud thump/clunk noise loud enough to make be think something broke or that I ran over something like an ice block.
I had it looked at by the dealer and everything is suppose to be working normal. I tried to replicate ite on some ice but the traction control kicks in like normal with the flashing and all. I don't normally accelerate hard so it's rare I get traction control to activate.

Whenever I start my 99 passat a really loud vacuum noise is heard. along with the noise the engine idles higher than normal. when the noise goes away after a couple minutes it idles at the normal speed again... what the problem is?

Two weeks ago, I purchased a pre owned/certified 2014 GS 350 F Sport and about a week later my parents purchased a pre owned/certified 2014 GS 350. When driving the GS 350 in normal mode, my parents, my son, and I find the acceleration to be slower than that of my F Sport (also driven in normal mode). When we asked the dealer about the different feel of acceleration, they insist that the acceleration should be the same as the engines are identical. The acceleration in the GS 350 in normal mode feels like acceleration in my F Sport in Eco mode.

This just started happening two weeks ago but it occurred 4 times already. When i first turn the car on sometimes the back speakers pop/crackle loudly and one time it occurred that the radio was not operational for about five minutes after the loud popping occurred. I have a full platinum lexus coverage on the vehicle but the issue is the dealership cannot replicate the problem with the car. On most of the post ive seen that the issue is most likely the amp. I was wondering if there is a way to replicate the issue at hand or am i going to have to records this and show it to the dealer.

My VR6 is making a crackling noise when I let off the gas...even in park or neutral, sport or drive or using the tip. When I give it gas it sounds normal, but when I let off the gas I hear a crackling sound for a few seconds as the rpms drop. It sounds like it's coming more from the center of the car vs. back near the mufflers. What this could be? My first thought is a cat issue?

Is it just me or does the shape of the is-f make it really hard to enjoy driving with your windows down after 20mph? Strong wind in your face, loud buffeting in your ears. Opening all 4 windows better but it's still one of the worst vehicles to drive with the windows down I've ever driven...

Random crackling sounds coming from inside the dashboard? After hitting 5k miles a few weeks ago, and while driving on a highway one day, this loud crackling sound started inside the dashboard. At first I thought it was the windshield separating itself from the car. It's loud, lasts a few seconds and you can hear it coming from the length of the dashboard.
I thought it could be the vents, but it crackles no matter what condition I'm driving in. It just randomly crackles if I'm driving fast or slow, on the highway or city streets, if the AC is on or off. It evens crackles when the car is stopped at a red light.

I have a 2014 VW Passat TSI 1.8, had it for about a year and have a little over 11k on it. Love the car, and have done a few mods to it. I am interested in replacing my standard rear view mirror with the auto dim. Is it even possible? I do not know if I have to plugs that I would correct my auto dim to because of my standard mirror. I do have the SOS as well, so I am not sure if that's all connected.
I also have a strange crackling noise that sounds like its coming from the upper trim of where the steering wheel is at. When I hols it down tight it seems to go away. It only happens when the car is warm.

My '08 2.7 has difficulty starting in the morning. It makes the normal cranking noises but won't fire up immediately. I typically let it try to catch for 5-10 seconds, pause, and try again. Then I wait a minute, try again, and everything starts fine. Then it'll start normally the rest of the day.
Pardon my ignorance, but isn't there some sort of compartment that holds fuel into the engine with a check valve that keeps it from releasing back into the tank? Could it be that this valve is leaking?
Or does it sound like I need a whole new fuel pump? I tried to find schematics, but had no luck. I tired hmaservice.com, but I'm not willing to install the Adobe SVG app (obsolete and security risk) to view the documents.
