Passat (B5) :: Only Boosting Up To 15 Lbs Max?

Ok so last summer i put way too much oil into my engine, i ate some oil out the tail pipe and blew smoke if i went into boost. sucks right? yea.. well after that fiasco i was having worse problems with the turbo so i rebuilt it and found out my wategate didn't work.
Now my turbo is fully rebuilt. just had an oil change, and checked for any and all vacuum leaks. fixed the oil leaks. Everything is in working condition . so i went out and got a stage 1+ tune from unironic. i had stage one but had some upgrades and was looking to get the computer seeing everything right with the +side of the tune.
Problem is that I am still only boosting to maybe 15 lbs. sometimes 10. what the problem might be?

I have the problem of over boosting and hitting limp mode. now does that mean i adjusted the actuator wrong when putting it back on? if so how do i adjust it properly. or is there something else i can do to make the car come out of limp mode? also since it is boosting past a certain psi should i put a mbc on it and adjust it down?

My 1.8T jerks really bad going into boost and I have no power then it tries to boost and wont. It goes into what feels like limp mode and then no power acceleration is slow. Scanned it and got map over boost or high boost ...

I have had my car a whopping 3 weeks and I noticed a weird click. Was driving my car today between two concrete walls with the windows down, and accelerated in 3rd into a little bit of boost and noticed a click-click-click rapidly as I accelerated. As I let off the gas, it slowed down and stopped. The car is stock, and it doesn't sound like any type of spooling from the turbo itself.

I have no check engine light on my 20th. it spikes at 20psi and holds at 15 16 ish.. What's the little whistle when I boost over 12..??? It sometimes goes into limp mode but turning it on and off fixes that..

I've got a 2005 Jetta GLI (mk4) and i noticed that my car will try and boost at times when its not supposed to. i noticed it happens most when i initially start up my car and i start driving when its not fully heated up (i always warm it up for at least 5 mins no matter what the weather is like)

My 2012 f250 is been acting weird, usually the truck is boosting while on gear when I'm at a stop (around 0.40) I think that's normal on a 6.7 because it's always done it, but since yesterday I noticed it sounds different and it's not on boost anymore it just vacuums while on gear at a stop (around -0.25) I'm thinking it's the wastegate solenoid but I'm not 100% sure, and the truck doesn't boost as fast as before but it drives fine and I'm actually getting better gas mileage since it doesn't boost as before, what it could be? It's tuned and deleted....

I have an '04 6.0 and it doesn something strange. When for example I am going up a decent grade hill and passing, if I have to let off the throttle and then re apply, the turbo won't build boost, it sits at a couple pounds for a few seconds. Then after a few seconds it will build boost quickly again and work generally as normal. If it doesn't respond and I really need to get it to build boost NOW, if I push the accelerator to the floor, the delay shortens and it will often kick down a gear and then build boost. So if I gently accelerate, very slow to recover, if I hammer it, much quicker but regardless, when it's happening it's almost always the same situation, fully warmed up truck, warm/cold/freezing day and it happens when I back off and re apply. Thinking maybe a worn unison ring but not sure..

Are they known to cause any noise? VGT Solenoid.
I have recently developed a slight whistle/squeal when boosting and when letting off on the pedal. I initially thought I had a CAC boot starting to split out, but since it's making the noise when I let off as well I doubt that the problem.
It isn't constant, and only does it for a second or two when it happens. It's not extremely loud, just loud enough to make you wonder what the heck it is...

I only get 265 miles each tank. I should get at least 300 miles. I have a clean air filter, new plugs, ran injector cleaner through, no check engine light.

Have a 2003 Passat GLX wagon and the daytime run lights and low beams will not come on. High beams and fog lights work. Have changed fuses and bulbs with no result. Wire harnesses appear in good shape. 56,XXX miles. Still have a 2000 GLX with 165,XXX and never experienced this before.

I have a 9 year old 1.8T Passat '98. Recently i have had problems with the car alarm going off by itself. I have to use the keyless entry to unlock and lock the car to shut it off. But 30 minutes later it does it again on its own.

On my 2001 B5.5 V6 4motion, the recall includes the fuel tank vent valve. Sometimes it will give a hard time...it wants to crank, but just won't turn over and it may take a few times like that before it will actually turn over and start the car...and occasionally it will turn over but only has very low RPMs and you have to turn it off. Also, we have been getting the misfire in cylinder 4 code. I have a new fuel filter to put on, but i don't think that is part of the prob.

On my 2006 Passat the headliner comes apart. I talked to my dealer and contacted VWoA 3 times. They claim that it is not a manufacturing issue. I was surprised, because as I saw pictures of 2006 Jetta's in the vwvortex forum where VW covered exact the same problem 100% or at least 75%. The dealer want to repair it and not replace it. I wonder if this is any good, because there are several locations where the headliner is sagging.

A couple months ago,I was getting moisture in my car. It was noticeable in the morning on the front and rear windows. Now I found mildew under the driver side floor mat. I have no clue where the water is coming in to cause this problem. All seals are tight, and I do not have a sunroof.
