I need to fully dismount the tail lights on both sides in order to put some sound deadener behind them (rattle a little due to my new subwoofer). How to do this without breaking any clips or other hardware?

I have a 2003 SC430 with 84,000 miles on it. The locks on both sides suddenly stopped working automatically. The car can only be unlocked from the outside with the key inserted in the door. The doors can only be operated from the inside by manually locking or unlocking each door on that door above the handle. Remote batteries are new. The Windows work fine. Could it be a fuse?

I was pulling out of the driveway and heard really loud snapping noise. Jumped out of the car expecting to see damage, but everything looked fine. I didn't drive over anything or hit anything.
Now, I notice that when my left front wheel goes over bumps and potholes there's this metallic rattle. Took it my mechanic right after and we both looked the front suspension over. Everything looks good. It does drive fine.

At low speed driving and hitting a small bump I hear a clunking noise in the front on both sides. But when driving at faster speeds and hitting a bump it makes no noise at all. I can't seem to figure out what it is.

2011 Isf with noise coming from the driver front and both sides rear. Have Bc coilovers, and checked them but they're good. Everything tight I double checked and torqued. I wanted to say it was tierods but tierods wouldn't make noise this is more of a rubbery thump. sounds like a boot or balljoints .

I have FKs Silverlines on my MK6 for the last month and am not slammed...pretty much the stock height on those shocks. Recently, I have started to hear a strange metal snapping sound when I turn the steering all the way to one side and then another snapping sound when I turn it back....

This morning I was on my way to work, I stopped at a stop sign then accelerated and turned right, a couple of seconds after that I heard a snapping noise, that sounded like it came from underneath the car, immediately followed by a huge cloud of what I believe was smoke at which time my car began making a noise similar to when you touch spinning blades of a fan. I got over in the grass as fast as I could and turned off the engine.
The smoke cleared and all the noise stopped. When I looked under the hood I couldn't see anything odd but when I looked under the car I noticed liquid dripping out pretty quickly, thought maybe Id blown a hose. Later when the tow truck got there the guy noticed a trail of oil in the grass where I pulled off, and sure enough it was in the road too. I am hoping I cut the engine off quickly enough before it did anymore damage!
A little background, I bought this car used 9 months ago. It has about 130,000 miles on it. 2 months ago I had to replace the intake manifold gasket but before I got to that conclusion I replaced spark plugs and the TPS.
1 month ago I took my car to get the oil changed and the guy said my oil pan had an over-sized drain plug which is used when the original is striped out. He wouldn't remove it and evacuated the oil from the top and told me this needed to be done every time I had my oil changed from now on. I wish I had known that before I changed the oil myself on the previous oil change. I knew it was leaking a little after I did the change but didn't know the reason behind it.

Is this hard?
Mine is 03 model btw.

I am getting water at the very front of the trunk, nearest the passenger compartment. Might be the drains in that vicinity that might be plugged causing an overflow there .Rest of the trunk is dry. The only wet area is immediately underneath the pull-out "shade" thing that has to be in place for the top to operate. Some indication that the water is coming from above that, since it is wet also.

I have a 2015 Limited with the pano glass. Have an occasional cracking/snapping noise coming from the rear of the glass (not the moveable piece, but the fixed piece)? Were you able to get it fixed? The tech says it's because of body flex, and that there's no fix for now. I'm tempted to drop the headliner and drive it for a few days to try to pinpoint it.
I'm not quite sure what would be making that type of noise with body flex. Everything I can imagine would be fixable with maybe a nylon washer or some felt. Now that the temp is in the 50s, it's happening a lot, and it's starting to annoy me.

So my 2004 explorer 4.0 XLT sport has a strange clicking noise every so often. I first noticed it when I back out of a parking spot, at one point almost every time I hear a loud snap, sounds like a bolt breaking. Wheel is turned and backing up.
If I get out and have wife do it of course the noise is gone and doesn't reappear. Also if I drive down a parking lot slowly I can hear a clicking noise if I roll the windows down. This sounds like a nail in a tire, click, click click at regular intervals.
But, put the rig on a lift and you don't hear anything. Nothing, I am thinking I have a damaged axle up front but don't see anything out of the ordinary. No torn axle boots, no looseness, nothing. It's a 4x4 not full time so even in 2wd the front axles are turning.

I have an odd one; there's a noise that sounds like an consistent electrical snapping noise coming from the engine while running. Everything seems fine otherwise. Just looking for possible things to check.

I have a 2005 SC that was passed down from my mom, so don't know that much about it.
Last week it overheated with steam coming out of the front area. . . . shop said my radiator had a crack, but that i probably overheated the engine and that they would need to rework it all . . . the car is still at their shop, but was wondering if i am better off just getting rid of this one or buying another one.
I asked them for a cost est. they said that they would have to open up the engine before they could tell me that, but want to charge me to do that.

Car sat there for 2 days non driven. Started it up, turned on the AC and it wouldn't blow through the front vents no matter what "mode" I select whether its on vents or legs. Instead it only blows through the windshield ones for the windshield. And it is also blowing outside air or maybe hot air, regardless what temperature I select and with the "AC" button on.
Before when I would press the "AC" button while the air was running I can hear a compressor or some clicking sound which is normal but now there's no sound when I press that and no sound when "mode" is changed.
What I've tried:
All fuses, all are good.
AC relay (good).
Disconnect the battery for 10 min, reconnect. Nothing.
Repair manual suggested action where it displays some codes. (I failed to link those codes to a proper definition in the manual)
Its been 90+ degree here in CA. I cant drive this car without AC.
