Lexus RX 2010-15 :: P0138 And C1241 Codes With Error Messages On RX350

My wife suddenly had error messages today, Check AWD System, check engine, traction. Carista reports P0138 O2 sensor high circuit voltage bank 1 sensor 2and also C1241 ABS low battery positive voltage. I get the O2 sensor or wires could be bad, but the C1241 could be expensive ECU. Think both could happen at same time or just a thrown code? Reset turned warnings off but Carista reports permanent for P0138.

We bought the 2010 RX350 a couple of weeks ago and have gotten these codes twice.. I have a good scanner and know what the codes say about Cat's bank 1 and 2 operating below threshold. I know some of you are going to say replace the cat's, others are going to say replace the sensors and neither should be the problem... If it were a cat or sensor, then they would not come in at the identical same time... It has to be something common such as a throttle body, charcoal canister, or another item upstream of the cat's... Not the gas cap either...Maybe a vacuum hose..

I put a new battery in my 2007 LS460 and it lit up all kinds of vsc, brake, abs, pcs, stop the vehicle immediately, etc. A 30 minute freeway trip, then 1 hr turned off has not changed anything.
Background: no warnings before the dead battery, but the rear window would reverse when it got part way. I was monkeying with it, and found the weather seal crimped right there. I left the ignition on by mistake. 8 hours later, the 1 year old battery was dead. I hooked up a good charger and it nearly cranked 20 minutes later with the charger connected so I left it until the charger said it was done and unhooked it. There were no dash lights and my voltmeter read something like 3 volts.
I pulled it out and replaced it, which cranked right up and runs great, but has all these errors. I'm having trouble walking right now, but when I get a chance, I'll check the voltage on the new battery in case the car isn't charging, but I would have expected the two long drives yesterday to kill the battery again if it wasn't. I also have a ScanGaugeE which I may use to read and reset the codes.

I have a 2004 f150 5.4 with 78,000 miles and i have a engine light on so i had my bud do a scan and 3 codes came up P0058,P0138,andP2270 i was hopeing yall could explain the problem and point me in the direction to fixing this problem.

My 2002 Dodge Dakota Extended Cab pickup is throwing several different 02 sensor codes. The first one was P0132. I reset the CEL and it ran good for about 1800 miles (100,140) on the odometer now. Now I'm getting a P0158 code and CEL went off after a few miles. Now it's back to a P0135 and P0138 code. Are the 02 sensors really bad or is there an underlying problem with the wiring or the computer. The truck runs like new when the CEL is off. The P0132 has never shown up again. The engine is the 3.9 V6 and is 2WD.

Both the wife and I have the iPhone. Series 5. Both paired ez to the Lexus. I wanted to check out how messaging worked..so I message her while on her way to work. She said the music quit playing but didn't notice anything on the screen. Is there a setting I have to change/activate to have the message show on screen?

I leave my car for 2 weeks without driving, and when I start the power, I have check engine light on and I drive to the dealer right away. Mechanic performs diagnostic test for engine misfire no engine miss found. The error code is P0302/P3191. The mechanic told me that I always run the car in very low on fuel, and it causes the 2nd cylinder misfile or not running when the fuel is very low. They suggest me always pump the gas when the fuel indicator has 2 bars left.
My question is that: How come the car cannot run in low fuel, low fuel doesn't mean no fuel, and it can damage the engine/cylinder?

I'm getting codes P0441, P0446, P0456, P0420 and P0430.
My fuel consumption in town is around 12 mpg, so a bit higher than what others report. The cats were removed because they were in bad condition. I suspect excess fuel was sent to the cats. That would also explain the bad mpg ?

I find it a little concerning that I can actually drive off in our RX350 without the key fob in it. I know there is a warning on the dash, but that doesn't stop someone from stealing it. May be a park lock out would be a better solution.

Looking for a new luxury SUV - had a 2001 RX-300 and put 230,000 miles on it and gave it to my daughter. The local Lexus dealer seems to have only AWD models and is not real useful in getting a FWD stripper (don't want nav, etc.) The local Acura dealer has several base MDX's in FWD and seems more useful. Drove both AWD versions and thought the Acura was much better handler and better road feel. Am leaning towards Acura but don't know about service costs and long term reliability - we will keep either car for 12 years probably. What say you? Doesn't seem to be a decent Acura MDX forum out there.

I have HID low beams and Halogen high beams on my 2015 RX 350. I'd like to set the HID low beams just a touch higher. The manual shows where the adjustment screws are located, but does not indicate which way (clockwise or counter-clockwise) to turn the screw to raise the position of the headlight. Yes I could just start turning one way or the other to figure it out...

While doing regular checkup on my car, I noticed that both radiator fans (left and right) are on when the engine is on even though the A/C is not running. Is this normal? Is this a minor issue that needs to be resolved? No faults on the dashboard btw.

I heard noises like a small pump noise and a hissing air sound above the muffler area. The car had been sitting for hours and no key fob close to it. I was climbing under it looking at something else when I heard it. Sounds like a tiny electric motor running with an air hiss. Passenger side. Just bought the vehicle last week. It has 27k miles on it. Had to replace battery the other day. Said battery was replaced a year ago. Wonder if this is hurting the battery? Start great in the morning. Vapor fuel pump?

I purchased a used 2012 RX 350 with 35K miles a month ago and just realized that when I come to a stop, the idle is pretty rough (or loud?). I also noticed that it's definitely rougher when the AC is on. As soon as I take my foot of the break and press the gas, the "roughness" goes away..
