Lexus LS 2007+ :: Flash Warning Triangle With Key Not Detected

My fob works fine to start the car, but then randomly while driving the car loses "sight" of the fob and an annoying flashing warning triangle appears along with "Key not detected". It did this right after I took CPO delivery (new fob batteries), but I replaced the fob batteries twice more (using 2 different sources and brands) and it still does the same thing. I think it is the smart key module in the car that is flaking out, because it does the same thing with both fobs and 3 different new fob batteries. On occasion it will tell me to touch the fob to the start button to be able to start the car.
So I now have 3 issues to fix, the peeling trim around the nav unit, the smart key issue, and poorly-balanced tires. Otherwise, everything is excellent.

After driving most of a day on the road a red triangle warning light came up on the dash and a PCS System Check light lit together with a Check PCS System message in the display site. I checked the fuses and they seem to be Ok. The car runs fine and I don't feel any effect on driving the car due to this message.

I have a 2007 LS 460 with active cruise and lane keep assist (LKA). All works fine during daylight hours but if I drive at night I get the yellow Fault Triangle together with pcs warning and instruction to have system checked by the dealer. The dealer says that there are no fault codes showing on the diagnostic system.

2005 with 123,000 miles. I have owned for a few thousand miles. Car was dealer maintained at every recommended interval. Car runs perfect.
After car sat for a week or so, I drove it and the red triangle popped up along with PROBLEM statement and take to immediately to dealer symbol. Red Triangle and other warnings repeats every once in awhile - will go a day without, and then will come on and off within a couple miles. Car continues to run fine. There are no other check engine lights. I have checked all the fluids and they are fine.
The battery charges fine, and holds the charge overnight. I have a generic code reader and there are no codes. I have read other posts, and there are always problems that seem to come with the Triangle. Gas mileage is fine as well.

I bought the used 2006 Lexus 148,000 miles few days ago now when driving its showing on the dash check PCS system.
I took it to the local garage they plugged in Techstream and said they are no faults are recorded.
I called today Lexus Oxford, Lexus Reading and they said they will start with the initial diagnostic diagnostic using the Lexus software and will then proceed further according to the trouble codes.
I told them that as the local garage have used Techstream were unable to find any trouble code, after that they said that they have to start with the initial diagnostic and will charge me for that and after that they will they how many more hours are need for checking , its ridiculous .
1) Check PCS System.
2) How can I check the health of the Hybrid battery as battery bars are charging and discharging too quickly.

I have had my new 450h for almost 7 months and do love this car. I took it in for its 6 month service, although apparently needn't have done so because we only have 1300 miles on it thus far. However, it checked out fine. Today whilst driving home from the local supermarket and we got a warning on the dashboard with the orange triangle saying to check BSM system. I had not done anything and am concerned why this should happen suddenly. I have called and will have to take the car to be checked. What happened?

Past couple days my car has acted strange. Driving last night the check engine starts to flash. Car running smooth. I pull over and restart the car and all is fine. This morning while driving on expressway the slip light flashed 3-4 times and quit. This was on dry surface they car was definitely not losing traction.
Also it'll randomly flash message low key fob which it may be low but it only says it randomly like maybe 1X a month. I know this car is an electronic beast. Do you think my car battery is not supplying enough volts and causing these weird issues?

I downloaded several mp3 files from Amazon and loaded them on a flash drive to use in my 2011 ES350 audio system. The flash drive is plugged into the USB port in the center console, and CD/Aux is selected to play the files. The weird thing is that although most files play, there is a few don't. There are folders for the non-playing music files, and a file is indicated in each, but after a short display of the folder/file number, the player skips on to the next folder without playing anything. Is there something I can do to get the "silent" files to play?

My 2008 Prius has approximately 116,000 miles on it, about 8,000 miles ago, I put on a Mobil 1 Extended Performance filter and 5W 30 Mobil 1 Extended Performance Full Synthetic Oil. Over the past week, My "Exclamation Point Triangle Light" (Not sure what it's called) has flashed a couple of times when coming to a sudden stop and the car would emit a "beep".
My first assumption was low brake fluid, but today when I got home and checked the fluids, I found the oil to be approximately 1.5 quarts low... I have not noticed any leaks under the car (I park in the same spot at work daily), and haven't noticed any smoke coming from the rear...
What the problem might be? Is it possible I might have damaged the engine by driving on such low oil for an unknown period of time (guessing a couple of weeks or so)? I used to religiously check the oil in all my vehicles, but have gotten out of the habit on later model vehicles...

ECU is going crazy, throwing all fault codes. When I turn on my car, it starts up and runs fine but the instrument panel goes crazy and all warning indicator lights come and a flash, I even get a stop message where screen is in the middle.

The last 3 cold weather starts (30-40 degrees) resulted in somewhat of a hesitancy when the engine turned over - started on the first attempt, though. And - the last time - there was a very transient flash of a red warning indicator in the large computer screen/info center in the instrument cluster - too fast to read - then ran a little rough for the first 15-30 seconds.
I recently had the 40k service completed and everything checked out fine. I did some reading about the ignition coil recall, but my symptoms don't sound like they lend to their failure.

I have a 2007 with 95K, never had brake pads...at 90K they said it was fine. Lately on wet road when I brake it will momentarily flash the dashboard traction warning. Is this a sign I'm finally needing a brake job or maybe a suspension shock strut/issue. It's usually accompanied by a very brief feel of acceleration, but more like a "slippage" in the engine braking than true tire slippage.

Today, I was driving my 89 Caprice, and I got the "Battery" warning light flash several times.
After, I noticed my headlamp not turning on anymore, as well as the instrument panel light. After playing around, my interior light doesn't work as well.
When I have the radio on, and I press the "headlamp" switch on the left side, the Radio goes into static. What could the issue be?

My Chevy has about 149,000 miles. The charge light flashes constantly even though the battery & alternator have been replaced & tested . Periodically all the warning lights flash & the speedometer goes haywire in an instant. Then back to normal. The thing that scares me is when all this happens the car catches, don't know how else to describe it, like it's going to stall but doesn't. My mechanic says it's probably the instrument cluster & an expensive fix. When I take it in & they put it on the computer everything is OK. I'm afraid it will stall out one day.

After starting the car and driving for about 10-15 minutes a few days ago I came to a stop in a parking lot and the car shut off and would not re-start for about 5 minutes. The car started again so I shrugged it off and drove on. About 10 minutes down the road again the oil lamp started to flash and the STOP warning came up. I unfortunately was on a one lane construction zone so I had to limp for a minute to clear it so I could pull over. The car would switch from responding/non-responding to the gas pedal. Finally pulled it off to the side got it towed home and to the mechanic. I haven't heard any news yet but I'm trying to gather some info.

This morning I got a yellow warning light flash for a few seconds and then turn solid after driving on the highway for a few minutes. It looks this: (_!_). It is located on the right of the dash display. I just changed my oil and put on winter tires myself two days ago. I hope it isn't related to my maintenance.

2000 taurus se w/20K miles, transaxle warning light begins to flash while driving at highway speeds only (w/auto climate control on, I think -- at least the last 2 times it happened, shutting off AC or heater allowed me to drive on w/o the warning light coming on again).
I stop and restart the engine and the light is off. May come on again in a few miles or not for a long time. No noticeable shifting or driving/operational problems.
Does it in D1 and in D. I'll have to take it in to get checked but want to be knowledgeable in order to save a mega-buck diagnostic that fails to address/correct the problem.

Today I locked my Camry by pressing the button on the outside door handle and it worked perfectly. About an hour later, I tried opening the door and it wouldn't unlock. I took my door key out of the smart key fob and unlocked the doors manually. I then tried to start the car and got the message "Key Is Not Detected". I held the smart key infront of the push button start and waited for it to beep, then started the car. The message center displayed "Key Is Not Detected" the entire time I was driving.
I figured that the battery was dead in the smart key, so I stopped by Radio Shack and bought a new battery, replaced it, and tried to use it to unlock and start the car. Same thing happened again. I drove home, once again, with the message "Key Is Not Detected" the whole way home. When I got home, I went inside and got my second smart key. I tried to use it on the car, and the exact same thing happened. I have done research, and I haven't been able to find any answers as to what could be causing this issue. I can't even lock or unlock the car by pressing the buttons on either of the smart key remotes. It's a 2007 Camry Hybrid with every option available and 114,000 miles on it.

This is the third time I am having this issue, previously once it was close to service so dealer just added the oil and few months ago it happened again and I did the 1200 mile test where the dealer measures the burn rate, nothing came out of that. Finally I had it last few days, it was flashing intermittently and I took it to the dealer and they added 2.7 quarts of oil and while I have 2500 more miles to go for the scheduled service. Looks like my engine is burning oil. I don't have any visible leakages as my garage is clean. I will update after my second 1200 mile test. However I suspect nothing will come out it as I have few long drives planned and 1200 milestone will come up fast. I am having this issue if the time between the oil changes is more than 3 or 4 months. My car is 2007 LS 460L.
