I would like to tachometer to slide to the right by default so I can see the extra menus and pop up displays. Every time I start my engine, I need to press the menu button on the steering to slide the tachometer to the right and when I turn off the engine, it automatically slides back to the middle. How can I keep it set to slide to the right by default?

View 4 RepliesSo after installing my JoeZ axle back for about 5k miles I noticed there was an issue. The check engine light was going on but turning off randomly. I finally decided to take the car to the dealer for them to check out. So what the dealer said is that the JoeZ exhaust "direct bolt-on bolts" restricted flexibility and caused leaks in the front cats. He said that the stock exhaust screws had the springs on it to allow flexibility when hitting dips/potholes. With that said, He recommended switching the front two gaskets and using the stock "spring screws."
I was wondering, encountered this problem with the bolts that came with the JoeZ axle back? I bought the JoeZ off a user here and it came with bolts, which i assumed came with the exhaust when it was purchased new. Not even sure if the bolts he gave me was correct, or if i just made the mistake of not using stock bolts.
Not sure what I put in there but can't get it to open. It slides back but it does not lift up. I could peek through and see that nothing's preventing from lifting up the are rest so I'm thinking it's something in the top bin that's getting it stuck. (maybe phone charger cable?)
How I can fix this. The top cover is air tight so I can't even see what the problem would be.

I was wondering where the digital tachometer is, could I customize it to just stay in one spot and to stop going back everyone I turn the car off? I would like for it to stay on source with the artist and song information. Is it possible to do this or am I just stuck?
I own an 06 camry se with a factory moonroof. moonroof slides open fine but when i slide it closed it does not tilt the back of the glass up to make it level with the roof; also when i use the tilt function it doesn't pop up as much as it used to. Should i take it to the dreaded dealer?
View 9 RepliesI just purchased a 99 1.8t and the drivers seat will not lock in place. It slides back and forth. I looked underneath and see the gearing but was wondering if this is a problem to where I need to remove the seat to fix or maybe some thing easier.
View 3 RepliesTook my engine cover off and now trying to snap it back on and I can't seem to find the points where it clicks back into place. The top middle has a latch but my bottom half especially the right side is loose and I can't figure out where the snap into place points are.

When you turn the car off and open the doors there to get out, the car doesn't give any warning sound to remind you that the moonroof is open! just a little msg on the cluster which I never look at n e way. even worse when I lock the car the roof wouldn't automatically close. My friend has F-20 328i and his moonroof closes automatically when he locks his doors. is there any setting in the car to fix this issue?

I've tried (i think) every option in the settings menu and i looked in the owners manual, but can't find anything.
I used to drive an Acura which had an option to have the trip computer automatically reset each time after refuel. I spoke to my dealer and they mentioned that this is an option.. I was able to get the 'range' to display be default but haven't been able to figure this out yet.
View 10 RepliesFirst problem is, for the first 6 months or so I had my 08 460, the headlights would automatically turn off when I opened the door, now it doesn't. I have to manually click back the light switch inside. It's more annoying because I'm used to just leaving the car and they turn off when opening the door so I didn't notice they were on when I left the car during the day only to come back hours later to a dead car. Needed a jump. Not sure if there a way to change the settings for this that I might have changed?
Second issue is ever since I got my car every single time I start my car my mirrors are in a different position, they're almost always way too high so I can't see cars in the lanes and end up readjusting them while I'm driving which becomes annoying when you have to do that every day, I've set the mirror settings on my memory for all 3 settings, and if I hit memory before driving they'll go to that, so I don't know why they change. The mirrors function properly with the controls so they're not broken.
I have a 200t and was wondering if there was any way that you can turn off the car's engine, but keep the electronics running. Right now when I put it on park and i press the engine on/off button itll turn off all my electronics.
View 1 RepliesAfter 4 years and 75k miles the oem battery finally needed replacement. Pretty incredible since average battery life is no more than 3 years in the 20 years I've been in the desert. The battery was out of the car for about an hour, but as far as we can tell the only settings not retained were radio presets and climate control. My phone was still stored. the only issue we're experiencing is the climate control seems to not turn automatically on intermittently. Most of the time you go to the car and start it up, ac and fan kicks on and everything is on auto. Twice the car starts but the climate control is off...fan off, no ac.

View 6 RepliesI have a 2002 F-350 with a 7.3 powerstroke. Last week, I replaced both my batteries. When I tried to start the truck, the electronics when a bit crazy. Speedometer and Tachometer swinging back and forth. Then when it did start it ran rough and after a minute it shut off. All electrical functions are completely dead. I finally unhooked the batteries and went in the house to cool off. When I came back, rehooked up the batteries, it started right up and everything acted normal. Everything was normal until last night, it started fine and was idling for about 5 minutes and it shut off. Absolutely, NO electrical power, even tried to jump start and still no electrical activity. Unhooked the batteries waited about 15 minutes, hooked them back up. It started just fine.

View 1 RepliesI got the JoeZ PTS axle back exhaust for 2014 IS350 and so happy with it. Last week, another dude hit me from behind and the right exhaust pushed back, not center aligned with the lower bumper anymore.
Is there any way that I can straighten it back again or have to get the new exhaust. The car is still drivable but sometimes I heard weird noises, not from the exhaust it self but probably from the connection to the mid pipe.
I have noticed that when i am entering the car from the drivers side, after unlocking with the keypad, when i leave the door open for 30sec or so, the car will automatically lock back up. The door does not know its open.

View 2 RepliesI have a 2015 IS350 FSport. I drive full automatic in Sport+ mode, and I notice whenever I decelerate, the RPM would spike up around 200rpm and back to normal within second. It is consistently when the gears are changing down. Is this normal?
