Phone keep connecting and disconnecting from Bluetooth?Had this happen for the first time earlier today. Went away after shut down and restart of the car.

Passat (B7) :: 2014 - Bluetooth Not Connecting To Phone?
I have recently leased a 2014 VW Wolfsburg Edition Passat. It has the carnet feature on it. I am currently experiencing that my phone is not playing through my Bluetooth setting. I will listen to either spotify, or Pandora. When listening to the streaming music the car will play one song and when it goes into the next song it stops playing all together through the Bluetooth, however it is still playing on the phone. I took it in to the dealership where I got it to service this issue and was given a loaner car. I could play the Bluetooth in the 2013 passat with no issues....but get in my car and it will wither play one or nothing at all! They are saying that there is something in my phone causing this issue. For it to work in my old car no problem, which was a 2011 Jetta, and the 2013 with no problems. So I have a hard time seeing it has to do with my phone. So ok n my phone I did a factory reset....and went back out to the car...and it is still just playing one song and then stopping.

I have a customer who is experiencing some difficulty with his bluetooth. The car is a 2013 ES350 and the phone is a Droid phone with Verizon service.
Customer is claiming that the phone keeps disconnecting and reconnecting from bluetooth on its own, sometimes several times per commute and sometimes to the point where he has to reconnect himself.
Why the connection would be interrupted like this?

I have the SEL Premium: My wife drove the car several days ago and may have changed some settings and now the phone doesn't even pop up in the informational display. I've done my homework in the manual but can't seem to find the solution. the closest thing I can figure out from the manual is the phone package was turned off? i didn't even know that was possible. of course it says to put the key in the ignition to turn it on or off which as you know you can't do.

I just got my elantra on monday and on wednesday the usb connected great to my iphone 5s. Well on saturday I tried connecting my friends iphone 4s and the connection was horrible it kept going in and out a few times like it was trying to connect and eventually gave up. We thought maybe it was her phone so we tried mine but it did the same thing. Why its doing it? I just think its weird that it worked wednesday but on saturday it wouldn't connect to anything.

I just purchased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata GLS certified pre-owned. When I connect my phone the car, an iPhone 4S, the Bluetooth does not allow me to control the audio on the Hyundai Sonata.
Also when I connect my iPhone via a standard USB cable, it does not allow me to pause the music. Whenever I pause the music on my phone it stops for a second and then keeps playing. When I am connected via USB, I am able to control song advancement. I am just trying to find out if this is normal for this car?

Trying to perform master reset on sync because, from the title, phone button inoperative, No Aux In, and attempting to connect the ipod, you get "connection error see dealer".
The Owner's manual indicates Fuse 40 protects Sync, GPS and Sirius, so I figure that is the one. When you pull 40 you still have gps and Sirius, so I figure Sync must still have power also. So, what fuse powers the sync module?
Lexus IS 2014+ :: Pandora No Longer Opens When Phone Synced To Car
Since yesterday I have no longer been able to stream Pandora. When I try to load Pandora it just buffers endlessly, finally saying Pandora was unable to load. So tried to just stream it off my phone through BT, Pandora failed to load on my phone. Thought maybe the app on my phone broke, but it loads on my phone just fine when not synced to my car.

So my girlfriend got a 2015 IS250 and for some reason, her phone call history is not transferring correctly. When I connect my iPhone 6 (Verizon), the phone call history transfers correctly. When she connects her iPhone 6 (AT&T), all the numbers and names transfer distorted. Both of our phone call histories work perfectly on my 2014 IS250.

I just got a 2014 ES350 and love it, however, I have one issue I can't seem to figure out and I have to assume their is an easy fix. When I use my phone (bluetooth via car) and I'm using the navigation system, the voice still give me directions while I'm on the phone. 1) it's distracting for me to have a conversation the same time the navigation is talking 2) the person on the phone hears it as well. Is their a way to set up so that the voice automatically mutes while I'm on the phone?

So I picked up the IS 350 Fsport and was getting to know it while I peruse certain sections of the manuals. I have not read them front to back, lol.
I thought it was a bug but come to find out that certain navigation and phone features are not available when the vehicle is moving. The options are greyed out and unselectable. For example entering an address and web search are prohibited options while the car is moving. When the car stops, they become avalable.
Same thing for POI search, only edestination and category are available while moving. While navigating if you choose to see the turn by turn for the route under options, only the first three of the next turns will display when moving.
The phone call history is available and favorite contacs are available but contacts are unavailable. I guess they think the voice recognition is good enough substitute. Geeze, they don' know some of my contacts names and their pronunciation. Hard enought for a human to get some of those correct let alone a nav system.
In the navigation manual under safety on p5 it says "For your safety, some functions may become inoperable when driving. Unavailable screen buttons are dimmed. Only when the vehicle is not moving, can the destination and route selection be done. (of course they don't list all the options unavailable while driving, at lease not in safety)
Lexus LS 2007+ :: While Cleaning MAF Sensor - Disconnecting The Negative Terminal Is Must?
On my 10 LS460 swb am contemplating cleaning the MAF sensor.
As the battery is in its own corner, I'm not too sure how to disconnect the negative terminal so I want to know, if I clean the MAF sensor and leave the battery connected, will that have adverse affect?
I think pulling and re plugging a specific fuse will also work?

I foolishly changed out my driver side wheel hub (bearing was grinding) without disconnecting the battery and now have the ABS, AFS and VSC lights on. Disconnecting the battery overnight did not work. Going on the premise that the sensor on the new hub is good, does this need the dealer or someone with Techstream to reset?

I have a 2014 Passat S 2.5 that I drove for a few months before I bought a Tahoe and my wife now drives the Passat. While I had it, it was paired to my phone. However, now that she drives it, every morning when she starts it, my phone buzzes because it's trying to make a connection. I read the manual back and forth, and I found out how to remove it, but unfortunately the MFD display in the middle of the instrument cluster isn't showing any phone info like the manual suggests. I also only have one set of steering wheel buttons, not both. So with this limitation, how in the world do I remove my phone from the stereo pairing?

I have a Galaxy S5 (Android 5.0) phone that I've paired with my 2014.5 Camry SE and it generally works fine for playing audio, making calls, etc. But I've found that if I turn the car off while Bluetooth is connected, and then come back to the car shortly after, my phone is basically locked/frozen for a couple of minutes. The bluetooth connection light shows up on the Camry touch screen and I can select and play other audio inputs, but my phone is completely unresponsive and for all intents and purposes looks like it's shut off. After 2-3 minutes the phone will reboot itself and after it starts back up I'll get the 'Phone disconnected' on the audio system touch screen. At that point I can unlock the phone, re-enable Bluetooth and it connects/works fine with the car.
I originally thought it was a problem with the phone, but after some hard/factory resets and OS updates, it still does the same thing. Additionally, I cannot recreate the issue with the phone when it is paired with our other car (Honda Pilot) if I replicate the same sequence of events, so I'm assuming it's something to do with the Camry's bluetooth/audio system.
