So my girlfriend got a 2015 IS250 and for some reason, her phone call history is not transferring correctly. When I connect my iPhone 6 (Verizon), the phone call history transfers correctly. When she connects her iPhone 6 (AT&T), all the numbers and names transfer distorted. Both of our phone call histories work perfectly on my 2014 IS250.
View 3 RepliesI have a Prius Gen III model 4 and was wondering how I can clear the call history on the radio screen. I'm one of those people who regularly clears the call history on the phone, but there seems to be no option to do it on my Prius screen. I'm just using a Motorola flip phone that connects via blu-tooth and not a smart phone. I've read online that there is a delete call history area, but so far I haven't been able to locate that. Could be the system in my car doesn't have that?

View 2 RepliesI have a 2007 RX 350. I just recently started using bluetooth. It was working well and then all of a sudden I have an issue after a call. I hang up my phone, but the screen still shows that it is talking; although, no call is being made. I have to stop and start car to get it to clear, so I can start again. However, it will only work once and then it still won't hang up.

View 4 RepliesI noticed that when I use google map turn by turn directions, the audio comes through as a phone call. When I rent cars that have bluetooth settings, the directions just comes through over the speaker not as a phone call. I have an iPhone 6 and the latest IOS.
View 1 RepliesI all of a sudden starting having problem with my Bluetooth connection. I have an iPhone 6s (since September). It has latest operating system.
Now whenever I receive a text or notification on my phone it connects the Bluetooth. It shouldn't at all with app notifications. It then does release the connection.
Nav screen says call in progress. Hanging up phone from steering wheel does nothing. I must turn off Bluetooth on phone to release "the call" and listen to the radio.
So my 2012 camry with the touchscreen head unit connects to my phone just fine. It streams my music just fine as well. I however hate my phone calls, texts, etc coming through the car. After my phone connects to the car, I can go to the bluetooth menu and tell it to disconnect for phone and that takes care of it for that drive. But every time I get in the car I have to break that connection.
View 3 RepliesI have a 2016 XLE with the head unit that has nav but is not the premium JBL. My wife and I both use our phones in the car. We both have Samsung Galaxy S5 phones. I have the Entune app on my phone. My phone sounds great when I use the hands free talking. When my wife calls me from the car her phone sounds horrible. Two identical phones and one sounds great and the other horrible. Is there a fix for this problem?

Why this is happening all of a sudden? It was working fine until recently.. how do I fix it?
View 5 RepliesI recently bought a 2014 Prius v, and I love most things about it, but so far I absolutely despise the way the audio system interacts with my iPhone 4S.
-If I plug the phone into the USB to charge it, the phone speakers will get silenced, and all audio will get sent to the car speakers. This happens even if the car speakers are off, and in that case the phone just goes totally silent. This would not be such a big deal except...
-The car often decides that I am on a call, when I am not on a call, and I am depending on the phone for Google Maps turn by turn voice directions. The screen on the car shows me as being in a call and silences the phone's audio. Occasionally it will play a brief bit of audio that sounds like it was recorded from within the car. If I push the button to hang up on the call nothing happens, and I just have to find my way to my destination without any directions. Or if I have enough battery I can disconnect the USB cable and get there using voice directions played on the phone speaker.
-The same issue sometimes interrupts audio playback when streaming audio from the phone.
-If I answer a call while I have audio playing, the audio keeps playing, and there's no apparent way to turn it off using the car controls. The car's next song and previous song buttons quit working too, so I'm at the mercy of whatever was on the playlist.
-I have to turn the volume up incredibly high to hear people who call me. When I end the call, the car suddenly starts playing a song from my iTunes music at deafening volume, even if I was not playing music before the call started.
I've looked through all the settings on both the phone and the car and can't seem to find anything. My phone is connected to the Bluetooth system and I am able to use it fine. Only issue I have is that when I get in the car my phone automatically turns to vibrate mode if I get a call or text even though I have it set to "Loud". This is fine for a call because the radio will stop and the ringing notification turns on but not fine for when I am receiving a text. I do not hear the vibration and no sound comes from the car to notify me on an incoming text. Can this be changed to have the phone make normal notification noises even though I am in the car?

1) Whatever was playing on my stereo doesn't stop and
2) Neither I nor the person calling can hear each other and the phone call ends.
What to do? I tried unpairing and re-pairing my phone and that did not work.

View 14 RepliesSince yesterday I have no longer been able to stream Pandora. When I try to load Pandora it just buffers endlessly, finally saying Pandora was unable to load. So tried to just stream it off my phone through BT, Pandora failed to load on my phone. Thought maybe the app on my phone broke, but it loads on my phone just fine when not synced to my car.
View 3 RepliesI just bought my first Lexus. It is a 2009 ES350 with navigation. I can use the hands free with no problem and even picks up SIRI but when I tried transferring my contacts from my iphone4s to the phone book it loses connection every time. Same thing when I try to stream music.
View 1 RepliesI just got a 2014 ES350 and love it, however, I have one issue I can't seem to figure out and I have to assume their is an easy fix. When I use my phone (bluetooth via car) and I'm using the navigation system, the voice still give me directions while I'm on the phone. 1) it's distracting for me to have a conversation the same time the navigation is talking 2) the person on the phone hears it as well. Is their a way to set up so that the voice automatically mutes while I'm on the phone?
View 14 RepliesSo I picked up the IS 350 Fsport and was getting to know it while I peruse certain sections of the manuals. I have not read them front to back, lol.
I thought it was a bug but come to find out that certain navigation and phone features are not available when the vehicle is moving. The options are greyed out and unselectable. For example entering an address and web search are prohibited options while the car is moving. When the car stops, they become avalable.
Same thing for POI search, only edestination and category are available while moving. While navigating if you choose to see the turn by turn for the route under options, only the first three of the next turns will display when moving.
The phone call history is available and favorite contacs are available but contacts are unavailable. I guess they think the voice recognition is good enough substitute. Geeze, they don' know some of my contacts names and their pronunciation. Hard enought for a human to get some of those correct let alone a nav system.
In the navigation manual under safety on p5 it says "For your safety, some functions may become inoperable when driving. Unavailable screen buttons are dimmed. Only when the vehicle is not moving, can the destination and route selection be done. (of course they don't list all the options unavailable while driving, at lease not in safety)
