Lexus GS 2006-11 :: Unlock Steering Wheel When Car Has No Power?

Is there any way to unlock the steering wheel if the car has no power? It is a 2007 GS350. I need to move the car but have no power to use the key.

Lexus - Gs300 :: Back Doors Don't Lock Or Unlock Electronically / Steering Wheel Moves Out Of Position
I have a 2003 Lexus GS 300 with 125k. Two problems. First, the back doors don't lock or unlock electronically (well, very rarely one will unlock). The only way to lock/unlock them is to manually reach around. It started with the driver's side back door almost two years ago, and in the past 7-8 months the other one started doing the same thing.
Also, the steering wheel automatically moves out of position when the key is removed, and automatically back into position when the car is started. A nice feature, but the steering wheel screams when it moves up and down. It's loud and embarrassing.

I've looked into steering wheel cover but they are so ugly.

I think the yellow colored thing is a clip but it isn't latching onto anything and I try to force it up but it just moves back. Here's a pic. It's right below the ignition start button and is below the steering wheel column.

I have a 1998 Lexus GS300 with 178,000 miles. I feel a shimmy in the steering wheel at about 60-65 MPH. I don't feel it at slower or faster speeds than the 60-65 MPH range. It also seems it's worse at the beginning of a drive and improves with time, but never really goes away. It has been going on for a few years.
I thought a when I bought new tires few months ago and had them balanced and aligned that the shimmy would go away. It did improve, but it didn't go away completely. My mechanic said to put 500 miles on the car to break in the tires then bring it back in to re-balance them. That didn't work.
He said that it could be the struts, but that they aren't leaking. I plan to keep this car for another 60,000 miles. Have the struts gone bad? Does it need to be replaced? Is it safe to drive if I don't replace them? Any consequences if I don't replace them? Is it worth it?

I have a 2007 GS 350 AWD and when I got into the car yesterday the car wouldn't start. It won't even turn on to turn on the radio or roll down windows. The steering wheel and brakes are stiff and the last message I saw was S/T Lock on the dash. I thought it was the battery since sometimes when leaving the lights on auto mode they don't turn off which I thought killed the battery. I bought a brand new battery after trying to recharge the "dead" one and even with the new battery nothing happens. Just now after hitting the unlock button a bunch of times I tried starting it and the ignition button turned green a load up screen came up but still wouldn't start. Now it's back to doing nothing with the steering wheel and brakes stiff with no green ignition light.

I bought a 2007 GS350 April of this year and I love the car. Been wanting one since it came out and I was fortunate to find one with only 52k miles. When I purchased the car, it had 20" TSW wheels. Onto my problem, it just started a few days ago, at crawling speed, my steering wheel pulsates to the left. The faster I go, the less it will pulsate but it will pull to the left. The wheels aren't bent, tires are almost brand new, no bubbles nor knots. The balance on the wheels aren't off. I read somewhere the wheel bearing could cause the steering wheel to pulsate but I don't hear the hum nor grinding noise associated with bad wheel bearing.

In the 2011 GS 350, where is the setting to make the seat go back for easy exit? The steering wheel goes up automatically which I guess is set by the dealer but I can't find in the manual how to get the seat to go back when car is turned off. I have the seat positions set but need the seat to go back too. I know this is a feature in some Lexus, is it available in 2011 GS350?

I have an 07 GS 350. When I'm driving on any winding road, every time I turn the wheel to the right, I hear a kind of scraping sound for as long as the steering wheel is turned even a little. It's only when I turn the wheel to the right and only and only the front left tire.
I thought it might be the disc brake dust shield, but I pulled the tire off, took a look, and can see that it isn't touching the rotor anywhere. There really isn't much else that I can think of that it could be, so I'm basically stumped. The brake pads are nice and thick and everything looks really good.

Wife bought an '06 GS300. Not a bad car, but isn't my 2000 Camry either.... Of course I pick my Camry to the Lexus. I noticed driving it from the day she bought it with 75K on it, it has a jerk or detent when the steering wheel is brought back to center. On the road it drives me nuts, cause I was gifted at driving a car without tossing the passengers back and forth while going down the hwy and in the twisties. I turn and return, I don't try to crack sniff my way down the road. So the dealer can't feel it, the wife feels it some, and low and behold today, I bumped into a co-worker with the same model/year. She feels it too.

Was driving on interstate and car started to loose power. Replaced battery and before I could make it home car started to loose power again (lost power steering and power brakes). Charged battery, replaced alternator, and now car starts fine but there are issues.
1) VGRS, VCS, and AFS lifts are on.
2) Steering wheel is 90 degrees off.
Car ran fine before alternator/battery replacement.

Less than a week of driving the GS, the power steering suddenly seemed to stop working. After starting the car, the steering felt heavy (actually a good thing) but near impossible to turn during a standing stop.
Good thing I still have warranty. What turned out to be causing this?

I need troubleshooting the power steering; the power steering went dead after I accidentally spilled oil on the engine.
I was refilling my engine oil when I knocked over the funnel and spilled about a quart of oil down the engine sides. I didn't think much of what happened, wiped off as much of the spill as possible and went on my way. When I started the car later the power steering was dead.

I had the P0430 code come up in my 06 GS300 AWD so i changed both passenger side 02 sensors. i followed the above instructions on changing the pre-cat sensor, changed my 02 sensor plugged everything back up and the P/S light came on and i lost power steering. I unplugged and checked everything at least 10 times until i finally gave up and gave it to lexus today. been about a week though driving without power steering. I have a 2006 RX 330 with 116,000 miles. I noticed that i had a leak and the power steering oil level was low. I went under the car and looks like the power steering hose is leaking. The dealer wants $352 for hose and $325 for labor. I called auto parts stores and they say its a dealer item only. Someone told me I could have a hose company rebuild it for a lot less.
