I just purchased a brand new 2014 ES 350. How to delete numbers from the Call History. I'd actually like to be able to delete a particular number from the list and/or clear the list completely.
View 2 RepliesI have a Prius Gen III model 4 and was wondering how I can clear the call history on the radio screen. I'm one of those people who regularly clears the call history on the phone, but there seems to be no option to do it on my Prius screen. I'm just using a Motorola flip phone that connects via blu-tooth and not a smart phone. I've read online that there is a delete call history area, but so far I haven't been able to locate that. Could be the system in my car doesn't have that?
View 2 RepliesSo my girlfriend got a 2015 IS250 and for some reason, her phone call history is not transferring correctly. When I connect my iPhone 6 (Verizon), the phone call history transfers correctly. When she connects her iPhone 6 (AT&T), all the numbers and names transfer distorted. Both of our phone call histories work perfectly on my 2014 IS250.

Why this is happening all of a sudden? It was working fine until recently.. how do I fix it?

View 8 RepliesI just got my ultra white/Black GS FSport Monday and noticed right away that the phone audio is complete garbage. When I make a call it sounds like my speakers are blown. Really bad crackly and cutting out of the audio, as if my phone was just outside of the BT signal range, when in fact it's in my pocket. Tech guy at Lexus said to disconnect and remove device from both the phone and the car and pair the phone again...but same problems.
View 1 Replies I just waited 5 months for my ES300H Ultra Luxury with Mark Levinson. I am coming from an HS250 with a technology package that actually blows away this car.
My biggest gripe - When you have navigation set, and then you use the phone, the NAVIGATION PROMPTS still come on over your phone call. So the person on the other side of the phone is hearing all of your navigation prompts. In the HS250 prompts completely went silent, and you looked at the map while talking on the phone. (Which is the correct way.) As a Realtor, I am constantly talking to clients and using driving directions and this is totally unprofessional. People on the other line think I am talking to them and say what? I cannot believe that when a phone call comes in while I am driving, I have to go into settings, go into voice, and then lower the volume (no volume control for prompts on the steering wheel.) All while driving, and talking on the phone. TOTALLY DANGEROUS.
In addition, when using radio, in the HS250 when a prompt came on, it temporary lowered volume during the prompt so you could hear it. Not on the ES300H. You cannot hear the prompts over the radio.
Not to mention you cannot even voice delete a destination and you lose tons of commands on the new navigation system. Navigation is sending me on crazy routes. The phone sounds like it is in a tin can compared to the HS250. I don't know how I ended up spending big bucks more for a car that actually went backwards in technology.
I noticed that when I use google map turn by turn directions, the audio comes through as a phone call. When I rent cars that have bluetooth settings, the directions just comes through over the speaker not as a phone call. I have an iPhone 6 and the latest IOS.
View 1 RepliesI all of a sudden starting having problem with my Bluetooth connection. I have an iPhone 6s (since September). It has latest operating system.
Now whenever I receive a text or notification on my phone it connects the Bluetooth. It shouldn't at all with app notifications. It then does release the connection.
Nav screen says call in progress. Hanging up phone from steering wheel does nothing. I must turn off Bluetooth on phone to release "the call" and listen to the radio.
I have an IS 350 but I am trying to get the part number for the dead pedal for the 2014 + GS F sport. I tried calling my local lexus dealer (which is 50 miles away) and they won't give me the part number over the phone w/o a vin number. Now if someone can ask their parts deptn for a vin number, it can be provided.

View 14 RepliesAs of yesterday the gas pedal started losing power completely. It only happens for a brief moment when I'm driving and only in the morning. The car does not shake, rpms don't drop and no check engine light. I'm not sure what's going on, I can't replicate it so going to Lexus is pointless at this point.I was thinking maybe its my fuel pump going bad?

View 2 RepliesI recently got a 2014 Lexus GS F-Sport, fully loaded. I made a dumb mistake of taking my car in to a shop to have my roof vinyl'd black. And so, they also had to blackout the shark fin antenna on top. They recommended painting it metallic black as it wouldn't have looked good wrapped. So I agreed without knowing. After painting and taking the car home, I noticed the Navigation was off and my GPS was showing me going in a completely different direction. I have calibrated it so many times and it stays on course with me for about one block then starts going off into a different direction on its own. Will removing the paint fix this? Is this something the Dealer has to handle, and if so, charge me for it?

View 1 RepliesI am looking into getting the full deletes on my 2013 F250 6.7 and using the H&S Mini Maxx Race Tuner unlocked. I was told by my local Diesel Performance Shop I should just unplug the EGR and turn it off by the Tuner rather than investing in the delete kit.
He advised me it would be easier to plug it back in and turn it back on in case I need to take it back to the Dealer for any warranty work He advised me no advantages any way and works the same way. I will be putting on the H&S race tuner, S&B CAI, FLo Pro 5" down pipe back w/ no muffler and UREA delete.
I'm having problem getting the contact name displayed for all incoming call. All the contacts have already been downloaded to the car, and I can see them all in the car bluetooth contact list.
When making out going call, it's only displaying the number, I am ok with outgoing. But for incoming calls, it will only display number which is very hard to tell who is calling.
I checked phone setting, and also in car's phone setting, can't figure out how to do it.
I have no problem connecting my Iphone 4 to the car for making calls. Everything on that end works! I just can't seem to get my music to stream. Was able to get my wife's iPhone 4 to stream but can't figure out how we did it. I cleared here phone out and just trying to figure out mine.
View 2 RepliesI have a 2013 Camry XLE with navigation. About 6 months ago I got an LG G3 phone which I was able to pair with the bluetooth and everything worked fine until recently. I can make out going calls with no problem but when I have an incoming call the system won't pick up the call. When I use the answer call button on the steering wheel or on the nav screen the phone stops ringing but I can't hear the person on the other end and they can't hear me. I have removed and added the phone several times and every once in a while it will work but then it stops again.
