2014 es350 with a bit over 5000 miles, today suddenly my malfunction indicator lamp and TRAC OFF lights both came on at once... What the causes may be since I can't get to the dealer until Monday. And is it still safe to drive the car???

I don't know why given the cats are still there? Have I upset the lambda sensors somehow? How to clear it? Can the fault codes be cleared a certain way?
I have 2006 Lexus GS300 with 95K miles. My check engine, check VSC and traction lights came on. I get an error code: "P2757 Torque Converter Clutch Pressure Control Solenoid Control Circuit Performance or Stuck Off ". I was given the following different solutions that may work: replace the solenoid, service the transmission or replace transmission.
View 14 RepliesA few days ago my "Check VSC" warning came on along with the check engine and traction lights being on. I left my car in a parking garage for a week when I was on vacation and the lights came on once I started the car after getting back from my trip.
I have had the "Check VSC" warning before and I fixed it by replacing my gas cap. My gas cap seems fine this time around so I got my codes scanned and the only one that came up was P0300. Having this issue with the 2007 Lexus GS 350? I still feel like it's my gas cap because I bought a cheap replacement last time around.
One day my VSC, Traction and check engine lights came on. Nothing seems wrong with the car. Took it to a mechanic, they said many things popped up on their computer (emissions, etc, including replacing computer). The car has 48k on it, the warranty ran out at 39k.
View 15 RepliesI've got a 2009 Mazda3 hatchback, 31,000 miles. As I'm sure you know, it's very cold in the Northeast today. It was -12F on my drive in to work! I went out to lunch with a coworker today, and it had warmed up quite a bit to about 25F. As I was driving back to work - 40mph on a dry, straight stretch of road - my check engine light and traction control/stability control light came on. They aren't flashing, just steady. The traction control light will flash if I hit a particularly bad patch of slush, but it's never lit up on a dry road before.
Right after the light came on, the automatic transmission started feeling...funny. It was shifting hard, although downshifting felt okay. My coworker even noticed before I said anything. I don't think it was the traction control - it was specifically as the automatic transmission was shifting, not at any other time. I've read through the TSBs and didn't see anything relevant, and I've already made an appointment for tomorrow at the dealer. I've only got 5,000 miles left in my warranty so I'm a little nervous - the car has been terrific so far.
I would think the traction control light would be unrelated to the transmission, so I'm a little confused. Also, just to rule out a few other things - the last time I got gas was about a week ago and I still have a third of a tank. I don't think this is a gas cap problem or frozen gas, both of which I've experienced before (in other cars).
I have multiple O2 codes on my '02 gti. It is giving me a check engine lights as well as the traction control light on. I received 6 codes all but one of them had to do with the O2 sensor and a short except for one that came in as the MAF. Both O2 sensors have been replaced and the codes still won't clear. I bought it in this condition, it runs really well so i wasn't to concerned about it, but the lights are starting to get annoying.

View 2 RepliesAlright i have a 05 1.8t GLI I just installed a 42 draft designs full 3inch turboback, and a eurojet turbo inlet hose, after I put the stuff on my check engine light came on which I thought was gonna happen and is normal but my traction control light came on as well, the cars running better then ever and pulling harder then ever, but when i hooked it up to the computer I'm throwing 18 codes? Ive triple check to make sure everythings tight and in the right spot? What could be wrong?
View 5 RepliesI have a 2009 Pontiac Vibe with 43,000 miles. Recently the check engine light, the vehicle stability control light and the traction control system light all came on simultaneously. Since then they have all come on or all gone off several times. Usually once they come on, they stay on for the remainder of the trip. Sometimes they will still be on when I next start the car, sometimes they will be off. What might be causing this?
View 17 RepliesI was driving home and all of a sudden my rpms are at 3.5 4k rpm wont shift to next gear. I put in in tiptronic mode and shift it to 8 it works fine. Then about 10 minutes later check vsc shows on dash traction control light is on check engine light is on and the light next to the check engine i think it is the abs light. I havent pulled the code yet.
View 1 RepliesSo yesterday at night i take the isf for a boot, everything is going great and then i rip it off the lights, as soon as i do the traction starts acting weird and so do the rpms for a few seconds, rights after that the light show started. Check vsc, abs off, traction control off, afs off. all came on at once. i didn't turn anything off.

View 6 RepliesIt all started after I refueled at Mobil after a rainstorm a month ago. Could be coincidence, but right after that the car started jerking wildly and making a howling wind noise from the front. Thought it was the transmission. Brought to Lexus dealership, they told me nothing was wrong as I had low mileage on the car. There are NO Check Engine lights on the dashboard. Car "quieted down" after that, but the noise remains EXCEPT at high speed when it's quiet.
In addition to that, the jerking / misfiring continues at stops, reversing, and slower speeds on occasion only.
I tried Techron FI cleaner, but it has not made a difference. Filled up several times since then.
What's wrong?
My check engine came on last night and stayed on during multiple restarts and also again this morning when I started it. I thought I was ready to bring to the dealer Monday morning but the light "magically" went off while driving today. What could cause this? And finally would there be a code stored that the dealer could check?

View 11 RepliesI have a 2014 es300h with 7400 miles. Recently the check engine light came on and the dealer diagnosed an oil control valve and something to do with camshaft timing. They also said something about removing valve covers to clean? Is this a potential sludge issue? They kept he car and gave me a loaner. They also opened a TSA with Lexus. My question is this: is this not incredibly unusual to have this issue with a new car? It almost makes me want to get rid of it before something else happens.

View 5 RepliesI was driving slowly with cruise control on when the check engine light came on, a few restarts and it still didn't go away. All fluid levels are OK, no other errors show up on start-up or driving and the car drives fine on both ICE and EV modes.
I'm bringing the car in first thing tomorrow. I called my usual Lexus guy and he didn't know what the problem could be either. I'm a bit freaked out, to be honest. Wish I had an OBD dongle to use with Carista.
I got my alignment done at a very reputable tire shop today. But now after the alignment my ABS and Traction control light are on and it says check ABS on the lcd cluster. I was told i need to drive around and it should go away. Driven about 10 miles so far and its still there. How many miles until the light goes away...
