I have an 04 jetta and have replaced the wiper motor, the relay and the switch. I'm not sure where to go from here.

Golf IV / Jetta IV :: Wipers Not Working - ABS Light On
About a week ago I turned on the Climatronic a/c in my 99.5 GTI for the first time since I bought the car. Everything worked fine until a bug splattered my windshield. I sprayed washer fluid and the wiper moved extremely slowly to the halfway point and then stopped. The wipers have always moved slowly since I got it about 6 or 7k km ago but have never become stuck. I turned off the a/c and let the car sit for a while turned off. When I turned it on again, the wipers worked fine but the were noticeably slower then before.
Cut to a few days later, I turn on the wipers to test it out and it gets stuck again, this time about 3 inches from the bottom. I can hear them clicking as if they are restarting the cycle, but it only twitches.
Cut to now, the wipers try to move every time I turn the key to ACC, as well as twitching when the car starts. When I start driving, after approx. 2 minutes my ABS light comes on and doesn't go away until I shut off the car.
I have provided a video. This is my only car and there's rain coming up in the forecast ...
Golf IV / Jetta IV :: Windshield Wipers Stopped And Then Start Working Again
When driving in the rain, I've had the scary experience of the windshield wipers suddenly stop working. Maybe 30 seconds later, they start working again. I'm just glad the cars in front of me have had their lights on. It even seems that the wipers go the same speed no matter how fast I want them to. Also, the blades do rub against the windshield. Is it the linkage or should I simply replace the blades?

Out of the blue, months ago, the A/C quit working. I rarely used it prior so I can't say for sure if it was losing "coolness." It may have been. And other than hearing a slight hum or whine after turning the compressor off, which it has done since almost new everything was fine. Although it did, recently, before the A/C died, begin to overheat while waiting in traffic. Never did it again.
I have not done a bunch of troubleshooting other than adding some refrigerant and monitoring the fans and A/C clutch to see if they cycled, which they did not (assuming I was reading the fan process accurately). The gauge did read low, I filled it to the green zone, the compressor clutch engaged, level dropped, I added, it cycled, then dropped, all the while still blowing hot air. I quit doing that but it remained on the low side of green.
The car has 180k miles and runs great. I'm getting ready to sell her after 11 years but really need the A/C working to get anything out of it in the South.

The other day I was driving and the air just quit. No screeches bangs or anything. I checked all the fuses and realized my main fan wasn't working.
I replaced both fans but still no air. When I push the button on the dash for recirculate my brake light on the instrument panel comes on.

My front wipers have quit and have seen a similar thread a while ago indicating that this is something others have encountered. This happened once before about a month ago, and they started up again a few days later. So I don't think it is the motor. The back ones work, the fluid works, but no fronts.

I bought a good running and clean ' 87 Caravan last year and it's a good one. When I bought it, the speed of the windshield wipers were very slow. The delay part of the wipers didn't work. Recently, the wipers quit working all together. I checked the fuses, they are fine. I have an ' 89 Caravan parts van that I removed the "tested and working" wiper motor. Installed it and it's still not working. What else am I missing here?

My wipers stopped working. They quit working and then they worked one day and haven't worked since. I've got codes 02071 and 00153 in my cent electronics module. I'm trying to cover the easy/cheap options first. I've checked the f31 and f22(was empty) under the hood and all seems well. Are there any relays or anything else I could check? Also, I realize there's a TSB regarding the wipers but would it apply out of warranty?

The digital dash went out a while back and I never fixed it. Now if the lights are on dim the left headlight will not come on and the right will flicker like a strobe. When the brights are on, the right works normally, but the left will flick on and off. When the left light goes off the speedometer quits working, the abs and trac lights will come on, the cruise quits working, and the wipers quit working. Sometimes it works normally, but the problem is more frequent of late. Hitting bumps in the road seems to effect it sometimes, which points to a short or something poorly connected. Is this a multi-switch issue or a lighting control module issue, or both, or something else.

I have a 7.3l 02 f450. The wipers won't work on any low speeds and only on the fastest will they work. And if you switch it from the fastest to any other speeds, the wipers stop right where they are.

Having a few electrical issues lately, that are really starting to irritate me. This is pretty random. OCCASIONALLY, not all the time. When I turn my euro switch all the way to the right, my windshield wipers will go across the windshield twice. Obviously the wipers aren't on. And I don't accidentally hit the stalk. This just random and annoying when it smears stuff across the windshield. I don't even know where to start.

As soon as I start the car the windshield wipers start on their own and wont stop. I diagnosed the relay as my fualt and I was partly correct. I put the new relay and it worked. However I still had the rear wiper motor disconnected. Once I plugged rear motor back in, the front windshield wipers started going on their own and won't stop again. So, what should be next? Motor diagnoses? I can't see any visual water damage in the motor when the cover is off.

my right rear tail light is not working. I tested the tray on the left side and the brake light works, so the problem must be from the right connector or right wiring back somewhere.

Golf IV / Jetta IV :: 2004 - Door Locks And Horn Not Working
I picked up a 2004 Jetta 1.8T and it's had a lot of electrical issues, it had some water damage from a plugged cowl drain and a I've found a bunch of stuff just unplugged. I had a shop fix some missing grounds to get it running and they went through the dash and found all the air control plugs had become unhooked somehow, so they got the air conditioning working. Now i'm working on getting the locks and the horn to work. I've checked the fuses, they're not blown. I'm not sure about the relays under the dash, but I can hear a clicking from the comfort control module when I hit the key fod. The buttons on all the doors are not working. the horn will sound if the alarm is set off but doesn't work when the button is pushed on the steering wheel, nor when the key fob is struck. The windows all work, both from the key turn and the switches in the door. I'm totally lost on what to do here.

Now that the cold weather is here I wanted to fire up the seat heater, and no heat was to be had. The buttons on the dash light up. Both seats are out. Car is a 2011 TDI with 39000 miles and the cold weather pkg.

2008 rx400h issue with the intermittent wiper setting. I replaced the battery and now. The intermittent wipers are not working. I reset the windows, no issue there, but haven't seen any posts about battery replacement affecting wipers.

Weather got cold last night and froze everything. When I went to start my wife's car she had left the wipers in the on position the night before and I did not notice it. Once I turned the car on, the wipers went to start moving but were frozen. Once I realized it I quickly switched it to the off position, but it was too late. After defrosting everything and cleaning the windshield, the wipers will not work. I thought first it was a blown fuse so I switched it out with a new one, but still no luck. After my engine turned off I could hear the wiper motor running but no moving on the wipers. I have checked the nuts that hold the base of the wipers in place and they are tight. I have a 2007 Prius as well.

Got in the car this morning and my headlights,windshield wipers, and turn signals would all not turn on or work.
I'm not sure if the this is a problem with the stalks on the steering column or possibly a relay.
When i pull the left stalk my high beams will come on but only when i do that.
The windshield wipers would not turn on at all and the windshield wash would not even spray as well.
I also noticed that my AC/Heat controls wouldnt respond either. Any clue as to what it might be.
Golf/GTI VII :: One-touch Opening Quit Working On Sunroof
Noticed earlier today that my one-touch opening quit working on my sunroof. Release the switch and the sunroof stops moving. Push it back (to open) and it switches directions from whichever direction it was last moving. Hold it until it opens all the way and keep holding it, and it will start closing again (instead of stopping). Pushing the switch forward, backward, or tilting it has the exact same effect - it moves the sunroof in the opposite direction of the direction that it last moved.
