Golf IV / Jetta IV :: Rough Idle / Small Hose Behind MAF In Front Throttle Body Split In Half

I searched but couldn't immediately find anything about this particular line. I've been struggling with a rough idle for the past couple weeks, throwing codes that I'm running to lean all the time. I cleaned the throttle body and MAF, and was in the process of replacing the MAF and noticed a small hose fitting behind the MAF but before the throttle body was pretty much split in half. I don't know what it's for and I'm replacing it regardless, but could this be the source of my problem?

Silverado :: 1999 - Gas Tank Filler Tube Vent Hose Connection Location

I have a 1999 Chevy Silverado 6.0 Ltr C2500 Auto tran Large Gas tank 120,000 miles. My gas tank filler tube vent hose has come off of its attaching point. It is still connected to the filler tube. I can not see where it connects on the other end. The small hose is long enough to reach the rear bumper on my truck noticed it hanging over the differential on the ground. Where to reconnect it to. I do have a check engine light showing. I fear my truck is falling apart slowly.

Windstar :: 1998 - Oil / Moisture In Throttle Body And Air Duct Hose

I have a great running 98 Windstar. It does not overheat. The oil looks like it needs to be changed but it is not Coffee Colored, as the picture. The PCV valve looks clean, and rattles. I replaced the small 2 inch hose at the PCV valve on the back valve cover since it looked weak in the middle and may have been collapsing. I no longer get the big puddles of OIL/WATER on the ground, that I use to. I cleaned the oil/water out of the Intake Hose of the Throttle Body, but I still see some of the mixture underneath the Air Instake hose after a long drive.

I will go by the Ford dealer and buy another PCV valve, and replace the small curved hose going to the top of the engine near the Throttle Body that the other end of the PCV connects. Someone suggested that this could be cracked, and it does have some small cracks in it at the bend.

I have read that the 99-00 had a design problem with the Valve Cover, and it allowed oil to be sucked out and give similar problem. But since this is a 98, I am just looking for pinched hoses, or leaks. Car runs great, and hoping that I can find the reason that oil is being sucked into the air intake.

Do I have it correct that during normal operation, that the moisture and gases are sucked up out of the engine thru the PCV and into the top of the engine. And that the other Valve cover hose is going in the other direction or from the throttle body to the Valve cover?

Just trying to determine if the oil/moisture mixture is coming from the front or rear (PCV) valve cover. Getting no codes on the engine.

Golf IV / Jetta IV :: N75 Valve Connection - Boosts Inconsistently

I bought a Jetta 1.8t few month ago and a hose is missing on the n75. The car run great but it boosts inconstantly (someday it boost at 16 psi peak and another day it doesn't pass 10 psi). Today I bought a hose that I connected to the turbo inlet pipe and now it never pass 10-11 psi. Did I do something wrong? Or my car isn't chip and the previous owner did that to increase the boost?

Golf/GTI VII :: 2016 - Connection To Android Auto Won't Work Anymore?

I just got my 2016 GTI and I was able to connect to Android Auto once and use the GPS from my phone but it doesn't work anymore.

I know compatibility is not the issue since it worked once and I also tried to replace the USB cable just in case. I went through uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my phone as well as doing a factory reset on the MIB.

Every time I try to connect, it looks like the app launches on my phone and dies immediately. I then get a connection error on the car's screen.

What else I can try before I go back to the dealership?

Golf IV R32 :: How To Replace Secondary Radiator Hose

Realized I was leaking coolant from the front passenger wheel well and bumper area. If I fill up the expansion tank it'll almost empty in about 2 days of sitting. Took to the stealership for a quick diagnostic and they said my Intercooler...(Auxilary Radiator) was leaking at the hose connections and will need to be replaced as well as the hose. I can't find a good DIY on this at all and I'm not sure which hose is connected to the Aux Radiator. So I'm wondering which hose connects to the Aux Radiator? Is there anything else I should replace or look for while I'm at it? Which hoses connect to this Second Radiator?
