So today I get in my car and the air bag light is on solid, no blinking. I scanned it with my scanner and it says no codes Any body else have this happen? I got a bad feeling about this light

View 2 RepliesSo I bought my 20th with the airbag light on... Never really bothered me till now as I'm tying to fix everything that's wrong with it. I vagcom'd it and it said driver side seat buckle was the fault. Looked under the seat and it seems the white plug isn't plugged in. I haven't taken anything apart yet to get a closer look, but could that be the problem? Does that plug actually plug into something or is it just a loose plug?

I didnt cut any wires so i know it couldnt be that. I pulled the fuse out and put it back in, now it works but sounds like a old man with extreme lung problems. I got a low voltage code and a driver seat belt buckle code "00059" maybe I'm trying to recall but unsure. I have a pair of seat belt buckles out of a mk5 Jetta. Do these will plug into my mk4 by chance?
View 2 RepliesOk, got in a fender bender a few weeks ago. The plastic strips (with the Torx screws) holding the headlight steady, broke from the impact. The headlight itself is fine, no glass was broken, headlight still works, but without those plastic things, it will not, of course, stay still. My question is...would I need to buy a whole new headlight just because the plastic tabs are broken?

I have a 1999 jeep Cherokee there is no check engine light on. But the air bag light stay on. I scan for a code it gave me a ( p.0.1698). What that is. My code scanner only go up to p.0.900...

The only threads I can find are for the airbag light flashing which mine does not do. The passenger airbag light is not burnt out so that's not the problem. Where to start looking.
View 2 RepliesJust bought a 2002 F-250 4x4 Off-Road Crew Cab 7.3L and the airbag light is staying on. I have found out after the fact that the truck has been previously involved in a front end collision. The damage was to the passenger side front. I turn the ignition on, the airbag light will come on solid (just like all the rest, with the exception of the 4x4 and 4x4 low) then go out. Then it flashes slowly 2x then 5x, then goes out for a bit then repeats a few times before staying on. This tells me I am getting a code of 25. I have searched with no luck to narrow this issue down. Everything mechanically works, cruise, horn, etc. The only thing I can find wrong is when I engage the 4-wheel drive (floor shifter) the indicator lights do not illuminate in the instrument cluster. Neither the 4x4 nor the 4x4 low. I am unfamiliar with this truck, so I don't know where to began searching. I cant afford to take it to a dealer and I have children in the truck quite often, so I would like to remedy this very quickly.
