Ford Super Duty (1999-2016) :: All Other Lights Goes Dark When Headlights Switched On

My 02 F-350, running lights and fog lights work fine but when I switch to headlights everything goes dark. Neither high beams or low beams work. Checked the light switch and its fine. Haven't found any blown fuses and headlight bulbs look fine.

On the 99-07 front bumper i would like to add driving lights in the bumper under the headlights something like the 11 up bumpers have...
Looking for a light and housing that possibly could be installed with out having to re chrome, so it could have a bezel to cover cut edge of bumper...

2002 f350 ext cab. Having an issue where my lights are blinking or flashing repeatedly while driving. Or whenever really. Truck running or not. Auto light switch in any position. I can hear what I believe to be the under dash circuit breaker clicking on and off. If I turn my light switch to the on position, breaker still clicks but lights remain steady. Where to start looking? Bad wire? Bad switch?

The transfer case on my 2001 F250 Powerstroke will not engage when the ESOF is switched to 4hi or 4lo. I checked the fuses and they are good. I removed the electric motor on the side of the transfer case and while it was hanging down with the two plugs attached I did not see any movement when the dash switch was moved to the 4hi position. I used a wrench to manually shift the transfer case and still did not get the transfer case to engage. What next?

For the past couple of years now I have had a strange grinding noise which is coming from the front end of my truck, it sounds an awful lot like if i was driving over one of the strips on the road that is made to warn drivers they are veering off the road. It first happened a couple of years ago and I took it into les schwab to have them check everything out, of course it never made the noise for them while test driving and after a visual inspection of the front end no conclusion could be made.
After about a month it completely stopped making the noise when going over bumps and i thought that "hey maybe it fixed itself!" well it did not, about 6 months after no strange noises at all it started to happen again, and once again it stopped. Now after about 8 months of it not happening it recently started again and i am determined to figure the problem out this time, it doesnt seem to be any worse of a noise or vibration but is the same as when it first started about 2 years ago. It stops when the vehicle stops, or when i switch it into 4 wheel high on the dash.
After taking it to les shwab again a few days ago they found no problems in the front end, no wheel play or noises when making tight turns (possible signs of bad wheel bearings?) and overall everything checked out well and said that the hubs do eventually need to be replaced in these. 2 days later I took it to 4 wheel parts for an inspection, after all of 10 minutes of driving they assured me that i needed new hubs and that was the cause of the problem, after installing the new hubs (warn premium manual hubs) the problem seemed to be fixed.... 3 hours of driving after the istall and no problems! Until today when I ran over a sewer drain and sure enough the grinding came back, flipped it into 4wd with a quick flip of the switch and no more noise.
I found a few similar on this board before but with no definitive solutions..... Possibilities that I have heard of that would cause this:
-- spindle bearings
-- wheel bearings
-- auto hub hydraulics
-- stock hubs (replaced)
Again this truck is all stock minus the new hubs, taking it into shops has proven to be a giant hassle because it never seems to make the grinding noise while they drive it so they check for wheel play and tell me everything seems fine.

A few months ago I had a battery go bad. When I started the 2004 F250 6.0 it barely started. After that my transmission gauge became the engine coolant gauge and the engine coolant gauge became the transmission gauge. I tried disconnecting batteries but that did not work. I have the Scan Gauge tool and confirm the gauges are reading correctly but just swapped. So I'm wondering if the is a reset procedure for instrument panel.

I have an issue with my 2008 f250 6.4 where the gauge cluster is dark and truck won't crank. The only light on the dash is the airbag light. I have tried reprogamming with my Spartan tuner, checked fuses, removed aftermarket alarm, charged batteries. I scanned and got two codes. P1260 theft detected and a u code no comm with cluster.

I have a 2003 Supercrew that does not have daytime running lights/automatic lights. However, when I start my truck, there's about a 2-5 second delay, I hear a relay click and my headlights come on even when the lights are switched to off. I pulled the dash apart. There is no sensor, relay or anything. Looked under the hood, there's no hint of anything for auto headlights or daytime running lights. I don't really care too much that the lights come on by themselves, especially in broad daylight. Can I get some leads on what to chase down in order to get these lights to stop coming on automatically?

This is my first post on this forum. I have a 2014 F350 standard fleet truck. The headlights are not day time running lights. The headlight switch is the basic off/parking light/on. The headlights come on as soon as you start the
truck. This just started happening about a month ago. When you shut off the truck the headlights stay on for ten minutes. I scanned the truck with a snap on modis. I got into the lighting module and the "command on" is on. The modis would not give me the option to turn it off. Short of taking the truck out of service for a day to go to the dealer. Is there any other fix I can do?

i have a 2002 f250 i drove it lat night parked it came home from work at about 3 and noticed my head lights were on and just headlights. I open the door and see that the switch is in the off position too. WEIRD HUH ? they wont go off. I tried to unplug the switch and nothing.

Usually in heavy moist conditions the head lights will not come on unless the tilt steering is in the fully seated down position. Solutions???

I keep blowing the fuse to the headlights. When low beam is on, the right blinker flashes the low lights. When high beam is on, the blinker works. when I turn on the low lights, my cluster light indicators show the right blinker dim and the high beam indicator light is also dim.

I just replaced the head lights on my 2001 f250 it had the sealed beam one-piece glass headlights and I replaced those with regular headlights and when I went to get bulbs I found out after I get home the connector is different from the new bulbs. the new bulbs fit correctly but I can not hook plug them the plug has 3 connectors that have two connectors level and one is higher than the other two and the new bulbs the three prongs are level.
My question is. is there another bulb that will fit and plugin and if so what is the part number? is there a adapter that I can get that will allow the factory plug to work? or will I need to cut the old plug off and splice a new connector on?

Walk out to my 02 f250sd this afternoon after it sat for 9 hours while I was working... the lights are on... look inside and the light switch is in the off position... Open the door and it smells like burning wires. Car cranks without a problem but lights will not go off. Unplugged light switch and still lights are on. Open fuse box and all fuses look good none of the relays are hot. Reach around to back of fuse box and almost burn my fingers. Remove 4 screws that hold box in place and look around back. Unplug the wires going into fuse box and see that one is melted and it appears it is melted inside the fuse compartment itself. What might be going on inside this black box?
