Ford F-150 (2004-2008) :: Shuts Off - Won't Start Anymore?

Truck was running fine, then just shut off, while driving thru town. Would not start any more that day. Would try to turn over, but, seemed like it wasn't getting gas. The next day it would crank up and run for a short time and then shut off again. This went on for about a week. Installed a new fuel pump and had same results. Checked fuel pump while out and got a strong stream. Fuel filter was clean, but, replaced anyway.
170,000 miles, regular maintenance.

See the video about my prius. its 2008 with 59k miles . It wont start anymore, I tried to jump without and with the trunk battery but nothing happens, it goes in park but it wont go to reverse or drive.

I have a 2004 Screw lariat. When i turn the truck off, the locks no longer unlock automatically. Also when I press the unlock on my key fob, the headlights flash, but the doors do not unlock. And the driver side lock/unlock switch is no longer working either.. could this be a broken wire?

I have a 2008 F150 Super Crew 4x4 when you press the unlock button on the remote all the doors unlock, it use to be one push for drivers door and two would unlock all doors. I think the problem started after I had the battery changed out, how to get it back to one push for drivers door only?

No matter where I put the selector it blows out the floor, the defrosters and the air cond vents, which I have to keep closed. It doesn't switch the air flow anymore. What gives?

My Prius would not start at all ( getting off from work last night. ) All kinds of flashing/blinking lights on the dashboard. Even the door locks won't work. I'll be calling my dealer first thing this morning.

When I start the truck it runs fine for roughly ten seconds then it shuts off power to two of my injectors. Or so I thought. With a noid light on, I was getting shutdown on cylinders 1 and 6 as per the codes ten seconds after starting. I assumed this was as intended to stop raw fuel from entering the cats.
So far this is my findings. Noid light-shuts off the two cylinders after ten seconds. But will pulse again later before shutting them down again. Truck idles better, but never seems quite perfect. Could just be how 5.4's are though.
Swapping injectors did not change codes.
Coil packs are working on those cylinders. Spark test checked out and plugs are firing. They were replaced at some point with oem motorcraft plugs.
ohm test showed wiring to those cylinders was fine. Wiggle test showed the same.
The truck revs and sounds great before it shuts off power to the cylinders. I cannot assume a mechanical failure at this point. I have not ran a compression test on it yet as, in their great wisdom, Ford determined they had to be different than the rest of the planet with spark plug sizing. Adapter will be here tomorrow for me to verify that part.
I have checked around quite a bit so maybe this has been somewhere else on the site and I missed it. I have exhausted everything minus a compression test. I can only point a finger at the computer currently. But I am not quite sure how to verify that is the issue. And quite frankly, I have never seen a computer go bad without outside interference.
On a sidnote, the truck starts very hard at times. Like a car that has heavily advanced timing. It could actually just be a starter issue though. I figured I would get to that after I find out what the other issue is.

So for 90,000 miles my reverse sensing system worked like a dream, now suddenly it shuts itself off intermittently. No codes stored in the system.

My 06 was parked about 2 months and when I first started the truck, the CEL light came on. It idles a couple of minutes and shuts off. It was running very well before it was parked. I put a code reader and the codes are P0607 and P2107.

I have a gen2 2007 prius (right hand drive). Problem I am having is [INTERMITTENT]when pressing the ignition button to turn off the car. When I press the button the system completely shuts down instantly and rather roughly and nothing is active (the Key is still in). I then remove the key and the system starts up! I then press the button to stop the system, put the key back in and restart it. It then works fine - until the next time. Clock resets itself as does the climate controls. Not sure what to make of this. I have just recently replaced the 12v battery in the boot.
PS. Forgot to mention that when the system goes dead, if I fold down back seat and thump the floor panel above the battery under the seat the system goes on?? Any clues. Will take it to mechanic as soon as he gets back from holiday!

I have the LX570 2010. the left mirror doesn't fold any more. I took it to dealership and he suggested expensive fix for such a small motor rotating the mirror? Can I order the part from somewhere else?

When I turn the Car on the factory Key Fob Doesn't work anymore. How can I change this? The reason I ask is that I want to install a remote start add on from Avital (4003), so I can use the factory remote to start the car, keep car locked while its running, then uses remote to unlock the car, get in and drive away. I don't want an extra remote hanging around since i am forced to carry the toyota key anyway. How to fix this or break this so it does what i want?

While stopped at road site for a while, the car could not start any more, not even the clicking sound. Lights were OK. Could not be jump started either. Waited for an hour, it was started again. Thought it's a security lock-down. But happend again the next day. Checked at a parts store, showing the battery was the problem(2-3/4 year old), starter and alternator were OK. But why there was not clicking sound? It was complete silence.

My F150 4X4 would not start a few days ago, after only having turned it off a few minutes prior. The gauges would sweep wildly and get stuck at various positions. I checked the fuses and they were fine, then unplugged the battery for a bit and it started back up. Occasionally it won't start and i'll have to disconnect the battery again to get it to start.
I'm still having some strange electrical issues though. The radio no longer turns on unless the ignition is turned to AUX. My back up alarm for going in reverse doesn't come on anymore. The gauges take at least 10 seconds to wake up after starting the truck. The dashboard blinker indicators will randomly stop blinking or making any noise. I was thinking it could be the computer, but could it be something else?

The blue illuminated sills were already installed when I purchased the car...I just recently noticed that both sides don't light up anymore. I'm not sure when exactly they quit working, but i recently had my battery replaced. I checked every fuse in my car and can't find one that is blown. Is this a fuse problem? or did both sills just decide to crap out together? I checked both connections and they're solid.

My 99 250, 7.3 is having some strange issues as of lately. When I start it in the morning, when the engine has fully cooled down, it starts right up, then it throws the "wait to start light" runs real rough and just shuts off. Run the glow plugs a few times, start it up and it will do the same thing for maximum 30 minutes, then all the sudden I start it and it runs fine. I've replaced the fuel pump, cleaned the fuel bowl, new fuel filter, I just don't know where my problem could be. It doesn't make sense. But once I get it running and it warms up, runs fine all day. Go to bed, wake up, has problems again.

I have my 2011 and all of a sudden my car stopped being able to sense it in the car or outside the car. The lock and unlock function still works which is puzzling, and when I tapped it to the power button in effort to start the car, the car still does not start and says it can't locate the key. I dropped a 85lb weight on it the other week at the gym but it appears there wasn't any damage when I took the key apart, and it was working fine up till now. The spare works fine, but I'm just hoping I don't have to buy another key...
Also noticed this is the same part number, and since i only need the new circuit board I'm assuming, I wonder if its the same size as the prius one...

This morning the sunroof on our 04 Wagon freaked out and now will not close, or go back into the roof. It is stuck about 1/2 lifted. Each time you move the dial it tries to close, then goes right back to 1/2 open. Nothing appears to be stuck anywhere in the mechanisms and we were driving while it happened.

My '08 Ford Focus Diesel dies while accelerating on hills or under load. In third gear, around 2800 RPM the engine consistently shuts down. The engine continues to run until the fuel is exhausted (about 10 seconds). No warning lights come on and the radio, lights, etc. continue to function. Putting it in neutral and restarting the car consistently works.
