Ford F-150 (2004-2008) :: Power Port In Dash Went Out - Fuse Diagram

The power port in my dash went out. The diagram I got off the internet says fuse #39 or 41. Both are good. Where else should I look?

I have a 2004 Ford F150 Hertiage 4.6Ltr Trinton, Kingcab and 2 wheel drive. I have my owners manual which does not show where the fuse is for the horn. I was wondering which slot is the fuse and what size fuse?

Blown fuse causing a lack of power to the OBD port?
I just got my Kiwi2 BT OBD2 adapter and was hoping to start diagnosing my truck, but the adapter won't power on while connected to the truck.
I pulled and visually inspected fuse #12, I also verified power to the cigarette lighter plug and the accessory 12v power outlet.
The adapter powered up with no problem when I connected to a co-worker's Tacoma.

tried to look into the wiring below the fuse box. The fuse tested perfect.
I've gone as far as to -removed- the fuse box to inspect wires wrapped together behind it, and nothing.
Most threads talk about orange wires with a green stripe meeting in a corroded splice. I can only find one orange wire with a green stripe, no splice found on it yet. Other splices (like on white wires with blue stripe)look very good, no trace of corrosion at all!
I know fuse #3 powers the mirrors, but it is impossible to visually trace which wires it is connected to, even with the fuse box in my hands... I guess tomorrow I will probe all the contacts for connection to fuse #3...?

Cigarette lighter works and shared fuse seems fine. OBD port even powers up my cheapo elm bluetooth reader. Unfortunately multiple different readers refuse to connect. I've tried disconnecting negative terminal for a half hour and trying again but no luck.

I just picked up a 99 F150 for a song because it has an issue with the PATS system and the po doesn't have a clue on what to do with it. I bought a new ignition cylinder and Auto Enginuity to program the PATS. The problem I'm having is that I'm not getting anything from the OBD2 port and the #3 fuse is good. What else would cause the port not to have signal?

My 03 5.4 the obd2 port isnt working i have tried 4 bluetooth adapters and a snap on scanner and nothing will connect to the ecm. im having problems and trying to read codes my check engine light isnt on but that don't mean anything. my truck is running really rich and blows a little bit black smoke when i rev it up after its been idling a few min and getting horrible gas mileage again. yesterday i went to start it and i had to crank on it 4 time before it finally started and then when i reved it up it almost died on the way back down but it caught itself. then today i go out and it starts right up and runs fine but its still running rich but i still cant get an obd2 adapter to connect to the ecm. I checked the fuse and its not blown my cigarette plug and the power port both work. i really dont know where to start in trying to figure out this problem. Right now iI don't really want to take it to a shop right now.

Fuse #41 keeps blowing...scan tool says o2 sensor heater circuit malfunction. Problem is that when the o2 sensors are unplugged it keeps blowing fuse the second I hit the key. My park lamp circuit is dead. I have tested with a multi-meter and there IS power at the fuse. However, no power at the plug. I have pulled the bumper and found the plug for both the rear taillights (the park lamp circuit WORKS in the taillights) and the trailer wires. Confirmed it is dead there as well.
Both bundles go into the frame rail at the fuel tank, but I not sure which is which where it comes out at the firewall. A web search did not reveal a diagram and the Ford repair CD I have does not list Excursion diagrams.

My truck was fine yesterday morning, but when I got in it after work, nothing worked. The power windows, radio, ac, gauges all stopped working. Everything else does - power seat, wipers, turn signals....etc. What is going on?

I posted earlier about the tranny in my 01 Ex v10 having a transmission problem. The show looked at it and found the O2 sensor had shorted out and in some way sending the truck in to limp home causing the tranny fuse to blow????
Any way they fixed it or so they said and I drove it for a few hours and it did fine. The next morning I drove it and it blew the fuse. (under hood box I belive #19) I took it back to the shop and they beat and banged on it....got it wet etc. and can not get it to do it again. I know whe have an electrical issue but what all runs off of the fuse that controlls the tranny?
Is there any online wiring diagrams of excursions or superduty drive trains? Where all to look for the problem?
Ford 7.3L Power Stroke (1999-2003) :: F250 - Dome Light On And Off - Noise Under Dash Fuse Panel?
I was to leave tomorrow for a trip with three horses. Last night when I parked my truck the dome light went on and off and there was a noise (like a relay opening and closing?) coming from the area. (I have been having issues with the turn signal getting "tired". At times they would only come on solid then other times try would quit after sitting at a long light.)
Checked my manual for fuses to this issue and I removed the fuse in the spot indicated for the "dome and courtesy lights", number 14. Actually I had removed spot number 15 (5amp). This ended the noise. Drove the truck after and all seemed in order, cruise control, turn signals, interior lights! This was the incorrect fuse according to the book! This event occurred with the ignition in the OFF position. Not wanting to start my trip before I get this in order.
Celica :: 1992 GT 5 Speed - Can't Find A Fuse Box Diagram
So I bought a Celica a while back and the fuse box is uncovered meaning the cover that tells you which fuse is for what is gone. I can't find the cover saying which fuse is what online anywhere. If someone has a '92 Celica and can take a picture of it, that would save the day for me. It's a 1992 Celica GT 5 speed, 2.2L. Note that there are two fuses missing in the picture. I'm working on it right now, that's why.
