Passenger power window will go down but not back up. I replaced the motor, it worked for a month and now it will not go up. Ford replaced the motor. Still doing the same thing. I have plugged the motor on the driver side and it works just fine. I am thinking that there is a wiring problem. Where I can get a wiring schematic?

View 1 RepliesRolled it down yesterday. Won't roll back up. Without hitting any buttons, I hear a click in the door every 15 seconds or so. During these 15-20 seconds, when I hit the power window button, the door makes a clicking noise like it is trying to activate the motor, but nothing happens. Then it clicks, and for the next 15-20 seconds, no click, no noise, no matter how many times I hit the window switch. Then after the next click, I will hear a click again whenever i hit the button, and so on and so on, on and off every 15 seconds. I tried taking apart the switch box and checking the contacts. They were fine.
View 3 RepliesI just got done repairing the 6x9 speaker in the passenger side door and all went well, except the passenger window switch now blinks and will not roll down/up from the driver side controls! I've removed the panel and double checked all connections and no dice. The window rolls up and down fine using the passenger side control, but not the driver's side. The blinking pattern on the control is two blinks...pause...two blinks...pause...
View 4 RepliesI have a 2004 Hyundia Santa Fe. The passenger front window will not roll down from driver side switch but will from passenger switch but then will not go up on passenger side switch. I found a broken wire on driver side and repaired it. I put a test light on the wires on the passenger side and used the driver switch and the test light lights when using the up button and down button! I have already put a new master switch in and tested all switches they all work!
View 1 RepliesI just purchased a 2001 F-150 XLT and while driving it back to town my brother rolled down the window and now it wont go back up! The drivers side works fine, but the passenger side wont roll up using either side of the switches. I know it isnt the motor because neither side would work. What it might be or how I could fix it?
View 5 RepliesAwhile back I did get my battery replaced and I did reset my windows so they could be used from the driver side panel. As of now, I can roll down all of them from the driver side except for the passenger side rear (window diagonal from driver). The window does roll down from the door itself so the window isn't broken. The light on the driver window switch is lit green, not blinking. However, the light on the window switch on the passenger door is NOT lit and not blinking either. And yes, I did make sure the window lock was not on.
Could the switch, either passenger or driver door, be bad? Should the battery be disconnected and reconnected??
I did some vag-com tweaks I noticed that my passenger seat window would role up and down but I have to keep holding the button. The full click down or up no longer works. My driver window works fine, what I have done wrong?
View 5 RepliesI have been having problems with my drivers side power window on my 06 Ford F-150. At first, it would roll down, but wouldn't roll back up, so I replaced the switch. After replacing the entire power window control switch, if you push the switch for the drivers window down, it will start to go down, then stop, and you have to press it about 20 times to get it all the way down. You can definitely hear the switch clicking off. All the other windows work perfect. I took it to get the oil changed and asked about it, and they said to change out the regulator, which I did, but the same thing happens. I checked the fuse and that was fine. Is there a relay or something I should check?

View 1 RepliesSo for some reason today, my passenger (front) window decided that it doesn't want to stay shut when I auto roll it from both the driver and passenger side switches. It will go all the way up, and then roll back down approximately 2-3 inches like it is doing a pinch protection. If it is rolled all the way up manually it stays up. I have visually checked the track and don't see any obstructions, which I didn't expect to find since it will stay up when done manually. Is there something I'm missing or an easy fix?
View 6 RepliesAs previously reported, I'm happy overall with my new 04, but one of the squawks I want to have looked at is the passenger window. The window stops it's upward travel about 1/16 of an inch from the top. If left there, I get a significant wind whistle. I can manually move it the last little bit, which I did (and now forbid anyone using that window until it is looked at). My major concerns are a "clattering" noise coming from the inside of the door when the window goes up or down. I'm wondering if this sound is a symptom of the controller going bad, or if I'm missing some sort of retraining for the window.
View 4 RepliesI bought the 2 door 2012 Golf 3 weeks ago and I noticed that whenever I roll the passenger window up or down, there is a high pitched squeal somewhere, I think out of the speakers. It's kind of annoying. If I knew the problem, I could just add a low pass filter, but I don't want to really go that route.

View 4 RepliesI have a 1999 GMC Jimmy. Today I rolled my power front passenger window down and it's still there. Main Control panel on driver side won't roll it back up and passenger switch won't roll it up either. All other windows and locks work fine and I do not hear anything when trying to roll the window up. Does this automatically mean the motor just went out all of a sudden?

View 2 RepliesI'm working on my little brother's 2006 F-150 FX400 Crew Cab. Last night he lowered the front passenger half way down to talk to a friend. He then tried to put the window back up. The window very slowly went up 3/4 of the way then stopped, slowly started to lower, then dropped down into the door. He was only using the window switch on the driver's door and it was raining at the time. I saw a lot of issues posted about window regulators and motors but none that matched this.
View 7 RepliesI am looking at buying a 2004 Lariat and everything works beautifully on the truck with one exception, the passenger rear window. When the switch is pressed it not only doesn't move but there are no signs that the motor or regulator are working. The salesman grabbed the window and proceeded to say it was probably just "stuck". The window moves up and down about 1/4-1/2 an inch almost like it is not bolted to the track. Seeing as how I am new to this vehicle are there any common issues?

View 3 RepliesHaving issue with power windows in 2010 Prius. I just noticed today that I can't roll down the rear passenger side window from the driver door switch but all the other windows work, and the rear passenger window works as I can roll down from the door itself.
