I just got this truck with the plow installed so I'm not sure what kind of adjustments are available for the plow itself. If I add a 3-4" lift, will the plow still reach the ground and work OK? What kind of adjustments would need to be made?

View 9 RepliesI have a 02 f250 powerstroke and I wanna put a suspension lift kit on it I wanna go with a 6 inch lift but I'm afraid if I go any higher than a 4 inch I'll have to change to much. What I would have to change and if I would have to extend any of my brake lines also the truck is a cab and a half with an 8 foot bed so I do have a carrier baring on the drive shaft would I have to change anything with that?
View 14 RepliesI have a 2004 fx4 supercrew 4x4 , 170k miles. I bought it a few months ago and installed a 6" rough country lift and 35" tires. I noticed a little shake in the steering wheel but not too bad, just annoying. I just put on a fabtech dual steering stabilizer to remedy the problem and its much worse. What could be at fault that dual stabilizer would make it worse? I hate to just take them off, I would rather find the problem. Oh, the tires are all balanced and I had an alignment done also.

View 14 RepliesI'm not too familiar with the difference between lift kits and leveling kits. I want to lift my truck 2" but in doing research do i need get a lift kit and a leveling kit? For the front and the back? I have a 2006 F150 4.6 V8 RWD I also haven't been able to find any good places to but the kits (also because I don't know what all i may need) It would be ideal to get a kit i can bolt on myself.

As much as I like the idea of increased MPG and power for cheap, if it doesn't work, I don't want to waste my time. So, what is the consensus on this type of modification? View 3 Replies2006 4.2L The pedal is good and the fluid is full but the clutch engages and releases about 2 inches from the floorboard. Is there possibly a rod that can be adjusted at the slave cylinder that moves the engage/release point along the pedal travel? Any thoughts before I get out the creeper?

View 5 RepliesMy 05 has an incredibly annoying door squeak that is right behind my ear on the drivers door. If I pull in on the door handle just a little it stops. I tried to adjust the door to close a little quieter, but I don't seem to have any adjustment on the latch in the door or on the door pillar. Am I missing something? The hinges are tight so the door is not really moving up and down that much, but It is making me crazy.
