Elantra MD (2010-15) :: No Sound In Front Speakers - Reset Button Didn't Work

So I was driving as usual and out of nowhere my front speakers stopped working. Everything started playing out of the rear speakers and my fade was still centered. I tried the hard reset with the pin and all, shuts the touchscreen and radio off, hit the power button, and nothing changed. Well, my setting were all changed but nothing changed with the front speakers. If I push the fade all the way up to the front, the radio is just silent. Can't figure out what I should do since it seems like a thousand people had this problem and it was fixed by resetting.

I've bought 2011 prius and found out that the front speakers (in the doors) don't work and all the other speakers work perfect. I took the radio out (without nav and without jbl) and checked if everything is connected. Everything was fine. I checked if the speakers were connected and removed the door panels to check it. Everything was fine again. What could be wrong? Are there any other connections I should check?

The power button didn't work for a while: For about two hours, the power button (and other stuff) on my 2007 Prius didn't work. But, after a couple of hours, the button worked again and I was able to power down my car (this after many, many pushes both soft and hard). I've now turned it on and off a few times and the car seems to be OK and it's behaving as if it's smiling at me and saying, "What?"
My questions: Does this happen a "lot"? Would the car have turned off if I turned off the smart function (as described on page 34 of the manual)? Is this issue as serious as it seems? Should I dump the car?
This is the first time in 138K miles that the below issues have manifested separately or together.
Other issues that happened at the same time (this morning when the car didn't turn off) were that the:
Instrument cluster was completely dark except for the check engine light (the dark instrument cluster was what first tipped me off that something was wrong)
Backup camera didn't turn on when I shifted into reverse gear
Phone didn't automatically go to speed dial when I was in motion
Fifth door unlock didn't work; the four doors locked/unlocked using the lock/unlock button on the door, but the hatchback didn't unlock.
A day or so ago, the check engine light came on and is throwing a "P0420" code (I posted about this separately yesterday).
By the way, I found out that if you hold down the power button for a while, the car goes into a different state of being where the ICE isn't running and the battery shows as completely empty.

My mother owns 2011 Rx350. She bought it used few month ago. Car's great for what it is and makes me feel relieved to think my mother's driving a car that is quite safe and reliable.
That being said, the car's audio have created some problem recently. How it happened other than my mother's assumption that her water spill at the trunk may have caused the problem. She don't know how much water was spilled and not even sure if that is exact reason. (It's about that time frame that audio started having problem, hence the assumption)
So, the problem is that the sound only comes out from the front speakers. I am not sure how many speaker there are at the front, but it is as if fader is set to front all the way. If I move the fader to rear, it kills the sound from the front and since there is no sound at the rear, it just dies out as soon as fader moves all the way to the rear. So with the fader and balance at the center, sound is only at the front and plus there is no bass sound also, assuming subwoofer (if any) is at the back and not working also.
My mother claims that it comes back to normal sometimes but I am not sure how often that is since I do not drive that car too often and I just found out the problem today.

On Monday evening my wife left our 2010 Prius Gen III without pressing the "off" button. She took the keys with her and she claims that she locked the car.
On Wednesday morning I noticed that the dashboard panel was switched on and I deduced that the Prius has been running all the time, with the ICE engine kicking in now and then to keep up the Hybrid battery level. A quick call to my dealer confirmed this, and also the fuel consumption average was in line: 14 l/100 km on a 20 Km trip (my average is 3.9 -4.2 l/100km...).
I was very surprised to discover that the Prius does not switches off when the key is removed (i.e. taken far away from the car). This seems to me a sort of engineering flaw.

07 Prius, 6 speaker NON-JBL.
This happened a couple of weeks ago and then again. ALL the buttons on my steering wheel work, AC, Temperature, Defrost, Recirculation etc , except Audio. ( Dash audio functions work fine! )
The last time, restarting the car and the functions came back to life.
Is there some kind of official "reboot" process for the computers?

I'm a new Prius owner (only 500 miles) and have experienced a lot of issues so far. Today I got in my car and both front and rear windows were fogged up. I turned on both defoggers and the front window would not clear. I set the vent speed to high and could hear a noise like the air was blowoing, but it did NOT clear the front window - I had to clear it with a cloth so I could see.

What the reset button under the dash on the driver side directly above the accelerator pedal is for? I was installing leds in the interior on my 2015 rx350 and on the driver side under dash panel next to the driver footwell light is a button that says reset .

I have a 2013 Elantra Limited. I notice that when going over bumps, the front of my car kind of makes a creaking noise. It almost sounds like you are walking on an old wooden floor.

I have about 26,500 miles on my 2012 elantra and recently went on a trip. While I was there I noticed that if I go over bumps at an angle then the front end makes a crunching sound!!??
For example, when I was turning into a parking lot the parking lot sloped downward and I drove in at an angle and this crunching sound happened. I didn't scrape the front end or anything and it's happened several other times. It sounds like a shock or strut problem.

I have a 98 camry w factory alarm and the battery died out..When i replaced it the radio didn't come on. What is the procedure to reset it? The code is on the front -16408.
After turning on I tried holding the 1 button with tune up and saw nothing on screen. The fuses are ok and the cd player eject button works(is on top of radio/cassette player). Nothing comes on screen through entire procedure.
What to try to even pull it up for entering code?

I own a 2010 prius, have enjoyed the car. However, set out on a 6 hour trip this morning only to find I have no sound emanating from the speakers. FM, AM, CD or satellite all show on the screen that I am listening to something. But, the volume knob doesn't turn the sound up. Neither will the steering wheel buttons. The display used to show a numerical value for the volume. But nothing.

I recently purchased a 2004 CPO Phaeton V8 in Toronto (Canada) and have enjoyed every minute of it. But I noticed that my front speakers emit a crackling sound at certain frequencies (regardless how loud the volume is), especially when listening to CD's (but also while listening to the radio, to a lesser extent). It sounds a bit like old vinyls playing on a turntable . Before I take the car to the VW dealership (and either they think I am crazy or start messing up with the wiring and open a whole different can of worms ).

Early this week my car started making a loud knocking/rubbing sound (Kind of in between when your brakes are ground down to the rotor and a knocking pattern).
FIRST, it started only when I turned slightly left or left.... NOW, it's doing it as I go straight and when I turn to the right as well... oddly enough it's not as bad when going left anymore...
What this could be?? And if it's an easy DIY fix..... (maybe a link on how) and how much the part(s) might be?? I've taken video (for sound as I drive)...but not sure if I can upload it (size limit).

I have a clicking sound coming from the front right wheel, happens while driving straight or turning. My guy checked the cv boots, axle bolt, various other connections that seem fine. Then he takes a phrase out of Satan's handbook and says "take it to the dealer". I saw the horns on his head and the red eyes while he was saying it. So I made apt for next week. I don't think it's anything serious , Orr maybe it's something to do with the rotor, caliper, break pads ? Everything else seems tight.

2013 GX paired with iPhone 5s via bluetooth. This has worked flawlessly for a long time but now it is acting up. When I make a call from the car with speed dials, call history or contacts, I do not hear the "ringing sound" from the car speakers. I just see "calling" and then "talking" when it is answered. I checked volume on both phone and touch screen, made sure my phone was not on mute, disconnected and paired my phone again, all to no avail. The crazy thing is sometimes it works normally, and sometimes just silence.
Once the phone call is answered I can talk normally, etc. just no ringing. Yesterday, I used the redial to call "Time" about 7-8 times and it worked correctly 3 times and the others it did not. The thing Is, this necessitates looking down at the touch screen while driving to see whether it is dialing and when the call is being answered. When someone calls me it rings normally. I am under warranty but my dealer is quite a drive away and since it does this intermittently I am sure when I took it in it would be in a "normal" phase.

Is there a way to completely format / reset the navigation radio. The dealer wants to replace the head unit on a week old car. Seems like you should be able to clear the memory. Im getting a low memory error and it locks up. I hate to have the dash torn apart on a new car. I need to clear the phone contact but can't get to the phone settings because of the low memory issue. I think the problem stems from syncing over 500 contacts from my phone. Or maybe the 32gig USB.

My iPhone 4s shifts from car (Lexus 350RX 2012) speaker to phone speaker and back constantly when I'm on a call. I have erased the pairing between the phone and the car and repaired it, I have also reset the phone to no avail. Lexus says my car firmware is up to date. It has to do with Bluetooth AVRCP 1.4 compatibility.
