Elantra MD (2010-15) :: 2011 - Hazard Lights Coming On During The Night

I'm having a strange problem with my 2011 Elantra. Twice this month, I've gotten up in the morning and the hazard lights are on. The first time, I thought it was the parking lights and I'd left the door ajar but I went out and checked all entry points and everything was secure, so I checked interior lights and everything was off so I started the car, all good and when I turned it off, the lights went out but an hour later when I went out to leave for work, car barely started.
Since that time, I've paid attention to the lights. They are always off when I leave the car. This morning, lights are on again. Nothing will turn them off except for starting the car. I'm afraid that the repetitive drain on my battery will soon kill it.

I just installed the Hyundai factory Remote Engine Start in my 2011 Elantra GLS and have a problem that the hazard lights come on and stay on when unlocking/unarming the car. To repeat, this is the genuine Hyundai Accessory Remote Start/Security kit (3X056 ADU00), not a third party offering. Everything that the kit is supposed to do, WORKS as specified, including remote start. The only problem is that when I use the key fob to unlock/disarm the system, the emergency flashers/hazard lights come on and stay on until I turn them off from the inside or until I toggle lock/unlock for the key fob a few times.
I've been through the wiring a dozen times, and am absolutely certain that the kit is wired correctly -- again all features work. Now, I find it interesting that NONE of the wiring of the kit (based on the schematic) comes close to touching a circuit that is identified as hazard/flashers! I even temporarily disconnected all four leads from the kit that go to the front headlamp circuits and rear tail lamp circuits -- and the hazards STILL CAME on when unlocking. This is telling me that there is an indirect/unintended "connection" between the kit and the triggering of the hazard circuit.
The kit is clearly the correct one for the car, and the car has the right equipment for the kit (i.e. No Smart Key, has auto transmission, power windows, power locks, etc). Why the hazard lamps come on when I click the keyfob to unlock the car?

I have a 2011 sonata gls. Today I noticed when locking the car with the remote keyless entry, the hazard lights don't blink, and also no horn feedback when the remote is pressed twice within 4 seconds. I checked all settings in the display and horn feedback is set to "on". The unlock on the fob works fine, the hazard lights do blink for that. I know this is not a serious issue, just used to hearing and seeing the doors lock. What to look for to fix this?

Currently have 85k miles. About 20k miles ago I noticed when I have the driver window down I would hear a rattle coming from under the car when accelerating. Doesn't happen every time but does quite often. Usually goes away almost immediately. I'm not having any other issues and with my warranty out I'm not anxious for a drip to the dealer.

I have a 2010 Prius. I went out to my car, which was parked in a parking lot, and the hazard lights were blinking. I did not turn them on. I drove home for 20 minutes and could not get them to turn off the whole way. My car sits in my garage with the hazards flashing.

Did a search and read the manual and I cant seem to turn of the dome lights when I open the doors. For example... Sometimes my daughter falls asleep and I want to open the door at night without the lights coming on... Or If the mosquitoes are going crazy I might want to turn off the light so I don't get killed... I know I can hold the switch to the right and it turns lights on with doors closed, and hold for a second to the left to turn off. But what about opening the door? I know my old 2007 was able to do this function...

My passenger side front signal light works properly, but when I turn my hazard lights on it will not blink normally (the other 3 blink). Inside my truck when looking at my dash I see the small green blinking arrow for the left signal, but not for the right when the hazards are on. When using the signal normally, I see the small blinking green arrow for the right signal though.

I've got a 2001 f150 supercrew 4x4 with the 4.6. I plugged in trailer lights and now I have no brake, turn signal, or hazard lights. I've checked fuses and none are blown.

I have a 2013 6.7l super duty Lariat. I want to install flashing LED lights to work in conjunction with the hazard lights. The leds have their own controller and will be separate from any other lights/wiring. What I need is some way to trigger a relay to turn on the led's. Was hoping to tap into the hot lead off the hazard switch itself but that's not an option!

My passat wont start. The engine doesn't do anything, no click, revs, nada. But the hazard lights come on for some reason. The cd player and everything else has power. I am thinking this is an anti theft issue. I recently disconnected the battery and the car no longer reads the remote. I have tried manually locking and unlocking the door, but it wont start.

Today I noticed that my hazards came on while my car was parked. It's weird because when I opened my car to check if I had turned on the hazards (which of course I didn't), the hazards stopped flashing. I don't know what could have caused this.

The hazard lights (4 ways) have a mind of their own and will randomly flash once and then few minutes later it'll flash again.
I've checked the dash switch, did a quick clean with electrical contact cleaner, that's working fine.

I would like to know what to do. My gf's 2007 Elantra (Saloon) keeps blowing the horn and flashing the hazard lights even though we haven't installed any alarm system on the car. It happens at times when the car is just parked. I have realised that the car might probably have a factory alarm system installed but not connected. I would like to know what to do to stop this sudden horn -blowing and hazard-light flashing. Also, I would like to know what to do if I wanted to order a transponder for the alarm system to be fixed.

I have just purchased a 2013 Sonata and the interior lights (dome, vanity, etc.) will not come on at night when you unlock and enter the car. Yes, I have checked the switch and that is not the issue. It works during the day and has been tested at the dealership twice since I purchased within the last week. This issue only happens at night. If I switch the actual dome switch to on, the interior lights will come on after 5-6 minutes when I am in the car. Very frustrated at this point as the dealer cannot recreate the issue, but the issue obviously exists.

I bought a certified 2011 Elantra GLS about a week and a half ago. Previously a one owner lease with just under 27k on it.
While driving to work this morning I was stopped on a slight incline in traffic. When traffic started to move I gave the car a tiny bit of gas and the car stalled. I could only move the gear to Neutral. However, when I did, the car started right back up.
I don't think it was a low gas issue as I have about 3/4 of a tank in there.
When I got to work I drove super slowly around the parking lot and was able to replicate the stall multiple times. It seems when giving it barely any gas the car stalls out. It happens at 1000 RPM and I think it's when it's trying to decide to shift into 2nd or stay in 1st. Again, I was moving super slow (< or around 5mph) while barely pressing on the gas.
Is this something "normal" where enough gas just isn't getting pushed through? Is it something I should mention when I take my car into them Saturday to get detailed?
I did notice once or twice in the past week sitting at a light that I thought it was idling a little rougher than it should have been but it didn't really concern me as much. But now with this stall now I'm questioning everything (paranoid).

Recently my Infiniti G20's turn signals and hazard lights stopped working. I replaced the flasher relay and turn signal switch but it did not solve the problem. Here is the kicker or clue. The lights flash when locking or unlocking the car with the remote FOB.

I just bought a 2011 elantra about a month ago. Overall I'm not to happy with the car. The best mileage I've ever gotten was 31 mpg. And that's with me driving about 70 miles a day on the highway. But recently I went on a trip and had the ac on half way. While going up a somewhat steep hill the car just couldn't get past 60 mph. I had it floored and if I shifted up it would slow down. I couldn't downshift since I was almost red lining it already. Turning off the ac did let me get to about 65 ish. Maybe a tune up would work and how hard it is to due it on this car?
