Camry :: Flashing Blue LED In Fuse Panel
Nov 4, 2012
I just noticed today there's a flashing blue LED in the fuse panel of my 2006 Camry. Just wondering if this is normal or if it indicates something is wrong?

View 2 RepliesWas riding along a couple of days ago and felt something odd under my left foot. When I stopped I reached down and discovered it was the dash fuse cover panel. I went to snap it back into place and no snap; it wouldn't pop back into place or stay put at all. Just keeps falling out. It was sufficiently annoying that I ordered a replacement, but that one's not staying in place either. The only other thing I can think of is that the surrounding lower dash cover may be warped, but nothing looks crooked or out of place.
View 1 RepliesIm trying to put in footwell lighting ran all the wires and all but trying to make a connection cant seem to find a fuse box under the instrumental panel...! Where can i connect under panel..! Looking for pics....
View 9 Replieshow can i change my lighting from white to blue. can't figure out why my 2006 v6 instrument panel lighting was blue and now my 2006 v8 has white lighting. i love my blue . how can i change this?
View 2 RepliesMy car sat for three days in a parking lot while I was away. When came back I noticed a flashing blue light coming from just below the steering wheel and above the brake pedal at the edge of the under part of the dash. When I entered the car, and started it, it went away.

View 2 RepliesWhile driving the other day, the instrument panel flashed showing a bulb out. I pulled into my local auto parts store down the street figuring i blew a bulb, no biggie. When i got out all bulbs were working... So i let it go and figured the light would go out, and it did a couple hours later. Yesterday when my girlfriend was driving the tig home from work she called saying that the light came on again but the whole right headlight was out... Hi beam, low beam, fog light and turn signal.
So when she got home i checked the bulbs, they were fine so i figured i would pop the fuse box and what do you know the fuse for the right headlight was melted. the fuse below it (horn) was also melted but still worked. So i drove it to West Broad VW (where i bought it) told them what was wrong and sure enough they said the fuse box needed to be replaced. The worst part about it was the few technicians that were in the service area both new what was wrong when i pulled up... and said it has been a common problem for our tigs and jettas...
I like the looks and ease of adding on circuits. Just haven't found the best place 5 put it. Mounting one of these in the cabin? I want to hook up my mirrors, dash cam, and future add ons without a nasty pile of wires hanging from the original fuse box.
View 1 RepliesI have access to the fuse panel but I need to remove the panel to reach the relays. I need to change the socket in the relay panel because one is burnt out. I change the K(headlight)relay and when my car is off and key out of the ignition my lights are still on.
View 10 Replies95 850... What is the magic trick to getting access to the bottom section of the fuse panel under the hood. I have removed the 4 torx on the black cover, then the 3 gold torx, then the screws holding down the incoming cable bunches. But no matter how hard I try I can only pull the white fuse panel up a certain amount, I can get it to pivot on the lower fuse tray, but can not seem to be able to figure out how to either pull the lot or disconnect the top part from the bottom part - so as to move the top part out the way! There just does not seem enough give in the wires....

View 3 RepliesStill trying to track down my electrical issues. While poking around in the engine compartment near the fuse panel by firewall - i heard a clicking sound coming from the two cylinders near the fuse panel.
They are cylinders - side by side - about 1 1/2 inch wide and 2 inches tall - with electrical connections and either fuel or vacuum lines attached. What are these? Some sort of solenoids? Are they part of the EVAP system?
How long should they continue to "click" after the car is turned off? Mine kept going for a half hour. I then disconnected the left side battery and it stopped. 5 hours later after fully charging the battery I hooked it up again - and the clicking came back. Is this normal or could it be a source of my battery drain?.
I've a 1994 Ranger XLT 4.0L with a missing fuse panel cover. I'm trying to get the horn to work and we've traced the problem to a missing fuse. Unfortunately, there are 3 empty fuse slots and no info on their rating or use. Where I can get the proper info. Truck was a salvage, no ops manuals, and sloppy work putting it together.

View 11 RepliesI attempted to remove a 7.5 amp fuse from the interior panel under the dash on the left side. Using the fuse removal tool in from the fuse block under the hood, I grabbed one and worked it out slowly.
When I got it out, the metal prongs were broken off of the plastic housing. I thought this was weird and looked into the fuse block trying to see if I can see the prongs. No luck!
I attempted to pull another fuse to see if it will come out and sure enough, the metal prongs are broken off in the fuse block. I tried again to see if I could see the the prongs but again, no luck!
I put the plastic housing (top half of the fuse) back into the slot and the electronics for that fuse is working. However, I am concerned that something is wrong and causing the fuses to break when attempting to pull them out.
My car is getting close to the 55- thousand mile service, and correct me if i am wrong the service is not mentioned in the owners handbook unless i overlooked something. However for the first time since i have the car the service due message is counting down in the readout.
Recently the CEL came on again, giving me an opportunity to use VAG adapter to read out the error code from memory. So went to open the panel underneath the steering wheel which contains the OBD connector. And that's when i got stuck.
According to the owner hand book the compartment has a little latch to open it. The only latch i found is the one used for the hand brake release. So what am I overlooking ?
My wife's 2013 Passat started blowing hot air. I checked the fuses and they are ok. I looked at the sensor switch for the AC on the passenger side of the engine compartment and it looks like the wire caught on something and frayed/cut through. I don't see where it went through to fix. Finding info on this car is a slight challenge. The owners manual doesn't even have a map of the fuse panels.
View 3 RepliesI am looking for a fuse panel diagram for a 07 F350 6.0 ? The truck didn't have a owners manual in it and I have a couple things not working and testing each fuse is just more self hate than I can submit myself to today.
View 3 RepliesWell I went to go to home depot and the key turned and my theft light started blinking and I hear a clicking noise coming from my fuse panel. By the way this is on a 2000 7.3l 4x4 limited. I found what was clicking (see picture) it is the second relay down, the one with the chipped plastic. My question is is this a relay I can replace or is it part of the fuse box? Where I can get a replacement? This is my daily driver so I need to fix this ASAP.

I have a 2004 Ford Excursion 6.8L 4x4 that has a bad fuel pump relay. I am looking for a used replacement fuse panel.
Of all these number and letters which of them tells me the real part number? Does the last two letters mean anything "DC" or "DB"?
So I don't get one for a diesel, what is the prefix for the diesel? I am assuming the 3C7T is gas and the year model?
Also, will this fuse panel interchange with a F250/F350 6.8L or do I need to stick with a fuse panel from an Excursion?
01 Echo, there are two backlights (L & R) for the instrument panel, one of which isn't working even with a good bulb so I figured it might be a fuse. Which fuse would control the left side backlight?
