I purchased my 2014.5 Camry about two months ago. I have the entune non-nav radio. when using the USB port for music it doesn't keep the play list when I shut the car off then restart it.
For instance I have 10 songs on the USB, when I first start the car it will start from the 1st song and display 1/10 songs. if it is playing the 3rd song and I turn the car off when I restart the car the radio will only play the 3rd song displaying 1/1 and will keep repeating the 3rd song until I go back into the menu and select a song from the list.
On albums, when I shut the car off and restart it will only show the artist which was playing when I shut the car off and will display all songs associated with the artist regardless of how many songs are on the USB.
is this normal or a setting I haven't done?

I have a 2014.5 Camry SE with Entune Audio headunit without navigation or apps. I have an iPhone 5c that used to be able to display mp3 playlists on Bluetooth until I upgraded to ios 9.x. But essentially same headunit on wife's 2016 Prius 2 allows me to access mp3 playlists via Bluetooth. Is there a firmware update that will let my head unit do the same?

I'm not fully satisfied with the quality of sound - especially from rear speakers. The sound from rear is much inferior to the sound from front speakers. I'm NOT looking at replacing the factory stereo.

I have an 09 Camry LE. When driving, the volume is consistent until I begin braking. It then lowers the volume itself. When I accelerate, it ramps back up.
Also on the highway, the bass is excessive. I usually turn it down to -1 or -2 depending on the track. The car is completely stock. I've had the car for a few weeks now.
This is the only factor that may lead to me replacing the stock radio. I don't want too, but if this problem can be solved by that, than I will.

I was uber excited to update the Entunes system after the app updated itself on my phone (Nexus 6). I was looking forward to the iHeartRadio update, since I didn't understand the ability to listen to radio stations from other locales before. The update was supposed to allow you to listen to artist stations though, and pick up from where you left off if you were previously listening on desktop or mobile. However, I have not been able to connect to the app ever since the update, and it never establishes a successful connection.
I don't entirely care for Pandora since their algorithms leave you listening to the same blend over and over, and their ads are not customized and annoying, and although I'm playing with the new Slacker addition, I'd like to utilize the iHeartRadio function too. For now, I'm mostly using Google Play Music or Songza over Bluetooth.

I discovered shortly after I bought my (used) 2012 C 4 that I couldn't turn off the radio. The volume knob didn't push in to turn off. Not a big deal, but I mentioned it to the dealer and they ordered me a new replacement knob. In the meantime, I just swapped the tuning knob over to the volume side and it's all fine. But I also discovered that the tuning knob side does push in – even with the broken knob – and not only that, it beeps when you push it. What is it supposed to be doing other than tune stations/change tracks? The Entune radio has a separate function for tone, balance, fader, etc., so it isn't doing that with the knob.

At least once a week, only the FM band appear on my factory nav. My sat 1, sat 2, and fm2, and am1 band all dissapear. I have to turn the car off and back on to get everything to work again.
The cars currently in the dealer for an other issue and they are looking into this one also. Seems not much is going to happen as it's unduplicabale. I even showed them the videos I have take of it happening. Call VWOA and they said they will look into it.
I had the sirius module replace once, new firmware twice, and in the dealer another time and they couldn't replicate the issue.

Have a factory touch screen radio (not sure which one it is) no Navi, but its a 2010 Passat, mine sounds like crap, especially when playing though an IPOD. Put the same music on an SD card and it sounded much better. I literally have only had the car less than a week, and am contemplating going and taking out all the speakers and replacing them with aftermarket stuff.

I have noticed that some albums/songs are not being detected by the Entune player that are on the USB drive. I verified that the albums/songs are on the drive. I noticed that it reads MP3 files fine but not MPEG-4 files. One would think the player will recognize the common file types.

I've been having trouble with the stock radio in my 2011 SF. It randomly turns off, then turns back on by itself, 5 to 10 minutes later. It comes back on in whatever mode/ station it was on when it turned off. I've pressed every button, tried to insert a cd, and tried the steering wheel buttons. The USB power goes off too.
The station memories stay, so I don't think it's a power issue, at least at the fuse level. The battery is fairly new. I've cleaned the fuse and both ends of both ground wires in the engine bay. When I cleaned the fuse, I lost station memories, is there two fuses for the radio, perhaps? Or does the memory power and radio power split after the fuse box?
have a GPS and don't use Sirius/XM anymore. I've read part of the radio/ nav system sticky, wow, is it long.

I have a 2012 Camry SE. I want to get the navigation in my car. Anything specific I need to be aware of to get the Entune stereo with navigation?

I purchased a micro SD map card on eBay to update the maps on my 2015 Camry SE with Entune and navigation. I know how to eject the old card and insert the new card but need to know if there is any special procedures to get the nav system to recognize the new maps.

So my son cut the factory speaker wires on his Explorer. I bought a new radio for him prior to the "CUT" and the new radio comes with a simple wire harness (2 green, 2 purple, 2 white, 2 grey). The picture shows the factory wires attached to factory module. The "New" speaker wire harness identifies which wire is for what speaker but I need to know what factory speaker wire would attached to the new wires. Based on the picture, how to identify the speaker wires and determine which wire goes to which speaker?

Plain and simple. 97 F150 with factory radio and cd changer. Just wanna know what wire to cut on the factory harness to make the radio not dim when I turn on the headlights. Or is there more to it than that?

Adding a sub and put it under the front seat? I know a lot of people put it under the rear but i don't want to sacrifice cargo carrying space under the fold up seat in my 2012 Supercab. I was considering a Kicker 8" Hideaway. I don't need pounding base. Just more base.

I had a 2002 LE and 2007 LE previously, but just purchased a 2014.5 SE I4 with navigation.
I'm not a basshead or audiophile in my old age, but certainly feel like a lot is missing without a sub. I've used the same ol' 100w 8" Bazooka tube I've had for years in the last two Camrys, but left the wiring harness in the 2007 when I traded it in out of convenience. I know Bazooka Tubes get a lot of hate, but they work well for what I want anymore; I'd like to add the sub to the SE, but I'm not entirely sure the connection will be same.
Has the speaker connector on the radio changed at all in the newer model years? Will it still be a simple plug & play using the Bazooka FAST Toyota harness and extension cable?
