Camry 2012+ :: Instrument Cluster Showing MAINT REQD Warning Light

I own a 2012 Toyota Camry LE (TCLE), and recently I've noticed that the "instrument cluster" shows "MAINT REQD" warning light on for more than a few seconds when I start the car. All other warning lights do turn off while the "MAINT REQD" is still ON for a few seconds more than I usually remember. This car has about 25K miles, and I bought it with 19K miles. Should I take it to a dealer for a check up? By the way, I was waiting until the end of February to take the car for a oil change, but I am now concerned with this stupid WARNING light

I've put about 5000 miles on it since I picked it up from the dealership (used, so there are about 21,000 miles on it).
My Maint Reqd light has been blinking for about a week, and meant to take it in this weekend to get an oil change but had no time. This morning on the highway (I commute ~45 miles each way every day) the light comes on and stays on (which makes sense if the dealership resets the maintenance data when I bought it).
Normally I'd take it in for an oil change this afternoon, but that may not be possible. I know the light illuminates based on a mileage meter and not an engine condition (ie low oil).
It may be the case that I can't take it in until this weekend. I'm just wondering if it's wise to keep driving it this week knowing I need an oil change and that I'm likely to put ~450 miles on it. I checked my oil this morning and it doesn't seem terribly low.
Should I top up the oil to keep it humming until the weekend? Should I just drive, since driving it for a week won't be an issue?

A couple of times this week when I started my 2014 Prius v - 3 I heard a deep and the MAINT REQD dash light came on for a few seconds then went out. I've got 14800 miles on it and it had the suggest oil change done at 10000 miles. How to find out what maintenance it is saying is required?

This light started coming on only yesterday, right after I finished installing the elearnaid replacement Optima battery. It now happens every time I start the car, along with all the other lights that normally come on, and disappearing after a few seconds, like the other dash lights that are supposed to come on when you start the car.
I did have to replace my radio presets, the time on the clock, and once again remove the reverse beep, which I did with no difficulty, but this "MAINT REQD" light still comes on.
This light should not come on since I had the oil changed last month and until yesterday's 12v Optima replacement, the light indeed did not come on.
I tried a fix, which did not work:
1. the one given in my 2006 owner's manual, on p.130,

My wife and I have a 2012 Corolla S built 05/12 with 14K miles. We traded in our '06 Corolla S with 190K and we loved that car. I performed all the maint on it and at 15K oil changes using Pennzoil Platinum and then Pennzoil Ultra, it never used a drop. On a trip over the weekend, the "maint reqd' lamp came at 4200 miles into the dealer performed oil change on the 2012. It came on steady while driving which I thought was odd. I tried to perform the reset as I did on the '06 to no avail. I watched a YouTube video and still no good.
I hold the Odometer post in and turn the key to the run position and wait. I am not getting the 5 dashes within the odometer display or any change. On the YouTube video I saw how the dashes do a countdown and then the lamp is extinguished. Mine is not doing that and I have continued to hold the Odo post in for over a minute and nothing changes. I have tried this over a half dozen tries with no success. I read something on-line that said if the previous maint codes are not properly cleared in the ECU, that this can happen? I do not have a scan tool, the car is under the full warranty and I know I can just take it in, but I was hoping to resolve this without doing that.

So I'm driving my kids to school, and this light pops up on the dash (with a chime, of course). So for fun, I had my son pull out the owners manual and look for it.
It isn't in the manual.. In fact, the book shows NOTHING in that cluster location.
Luckily I got a picture of it, 'cause it disappeared after about 20 minutes.

Bought a VAG cable, got VCDS 12.12.0 running. Found the instrument cluster and changed the region to ROW(rest of world)(I have a US Tiguan). The center screen on the cluster changes( as in F change to C, Miles change to Kilometers, everything is ok). However, after recoding the cluster the airbag, ABS, and ESP warning lights come on. Once I revert all changes back to the US coding, everything is again ok.

Have probably 1500 miles on my '15 XSE. Got in the car today and noticed that there was a crack in the instrument cluster plastic shield. I just detailed the interior of my car 400 miles ago and it wasn't there and I've been the only person in my car.

Ok .. Airbag warning light is on..... And won't go off i have taken battery off try reset that way nothing. Also steering wheel lights are off...
Only thing working on instruments on steering wheel is the left side is the radio and phone and volume and mode right side of steering wheel not working but nothing is illuminated!!!!???? On wheel

I have a 2011 F150 supercrew 4x4 5.0, it has almost 8k miles. I have looked around online to see if this is a common issue but haven't found anything really. The airbag warning light in the instrument cluster will come on and stay on randomly. Some days it only lights up when I start the truck, other days it will turn on and stay on until I restart the truck. I think I have a glitch or a malfunction in a switch somewhere with the Airbag system. I will be calling the dealership about it after we finish the Easter Weekend.

I have a 2012 F350 XLT that came out of Canada. So of course the speedometer is in KM. (Large numbers are km and smaller numbers are mph). I am trying to find out if I can simply change out my cluster with a mph cluster???

Town and all shops nearby have a week wait to get the truck in there. This happened once or twice a year ago but I'd pull over, shut it off and when I restarted it everything was fine. I'll be driving and all of a sudden the information display on the cluster will show a wrench signaling something's wrong(see image), then the speedometer will go to 0 and all information in center display will show flat lines. This started up yesterday but is now doing it after about 10min of driving every time I being driving. I have a 1997 Ford Expedition, 5.4. My research indicates that fuses 2. 19. 29 are associated with the instrument cluster (IC), could you identify their specific function in relation to the IC? My IC gauge lights are not showing and my alternator is not consistently charging. The blinkers, battery, oil, brake, and ABS indicator lights are showing in start. Regarding the alternator, my research indicates that a failing alt light on the IC may cause the no charging condition? As a note, I have a brand new battery, brand new alternator, brand new 3 pin wiring harness. Also, when the alternator is not charging and I connect the a jumper from the exciter wire directly to the pos battery terminal, the charging starts.

Today I had the joy of covering 200+ miles on my W12 today. While I was out and about there were 3-4 times I went around a right hand turn somewhat quickly and a "check please lights" warning appeared on the instrument cluster. At the end of the day I inspected the exterior lights with all working or so it seems. I found it odd that this only appeared during sharp turns to the right.

Yesterday I noticed an extremely weird noise coming from the engine bay in my 2004 SE I4 5spd. I've pin pointed it to be a bad alternator diodes. During my testing, I also noticed that my battery light/warning discharge/charge warning light on the cluster/dash does not work.
I know by turning the key into the 'ON' position should illuminate all the dash cluster warning lights that associate with your model (i.e. ABS, TRACT, OIL), but the dash light for the battery light does not turn on. I've verified that even by disconnecting the alternator's cables (the 1 line and the 4 pin connector) and then starting the car, the battery light does not turn on to indicate a discharge situation/bad charging system. I have verified with my other 2004 XLE V6 auto Camry that by leaving the car in the 'ON' position will keep the warning lights on.
See right of the airbag light, no battery light illuminated. Door and seatbelt light does work, I just had door close and caught the blinking seat belt light off when pic was taken.

I tried checking some fuses in the cabin and engine bay. All the ones I looked checked out okay. Could it be the LED for the battery light is blown/dead?

My Escape is starting to have starting problems. I go to start it and all of the instrument cluster warning lights come on, but the truck doesn't start. If I wait a little while, all of the sudden it starts but all of the sudden the cluster lights start flashing, the various warning beeps sound off, the emergency flashers go off, etc. This lasts anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes until everything resets and goes back to normal. What is causing this?

Noticed a digital "shadow" to the electronic speedometer display? Below is a picture of what I'm seeing. It's not a viewpoint or reflection that goes away from a different angle. It's like there is an alignment issue or something.. I know the display image is a projection from below, to create a distant focal point. But I see this image shadow.
