I feel like the stock 2014 camry se headlights and fog lights are WEAK! I cant see the road that well so I was looking at doing some HID conversion on both fog lights and headlights.

Installed a HID conversion kit last night and I was wondering how to adjust the headlights. I did use the adjustment knob on the back of the light unit but that only goes up and down. How about left and right?

View 14 RepliesI recently bought some lamin-x tint for my headlights and fogs. I have only seen a few ppl on here tint their lights, but it was only the the tailights i have seen done on here. So I have an optic blue for the headlights and med gunsmoke for the fogs. Just came in yesterday so I will try to get them on within a week. I will post some pics to show how it looks.

I drive a 2012 Camry SE. Since last few days the head lights in my car remain on even during day time when kept on auto mode. I need to manually turn off the lights in day.
View 14 RepliesMy headlights seem to be off. The beams are spread too far apart, leaving a dark spot right in the middle. It is a 2016 and I just noticed it tonight. I have been trying to find the horizontal adjustment. Is this it? I have tried to turn it but did not notice any difference. Which way am I suppose to turn the left and right one to have the beams move closer to each other?
View 7 RepliesI just purchased a 2012 camry se, I have about 900 miles on the car, and today while driving home through light rain,(drove for about 35 mins) when I got home and parked the car in the garage I noticed BOTH of my headlights were fogged up about halfway, starting from the corners facing the front license plate. I sure know this is not normal and it will slowly deteriorate the inside of the headlight.
This is a safety issue because if driving for a long time with the lights on and you suddenly encounter rain and your headlights are having this problem, your bulb most likely crack and you will be in the dark, I had this happened in the past with a nissan.
I Strongly suggest that you take a look at your headlights when you get home after a drive through the rain/fog or maybe after washing your car. I took pictures but not immediately, about one hour after and some condensation was still present, I will head over to my dealer after writing this.
A friend of mine replaced the lights (non-xenon) on his Touareg with a HID conversion kit complete with balasts and everything. I believe the installer wired everything correctly because everything works fine. However, the car keeps getting a "check lights" error. Would a vag be a solution?

View 14 RepliesI would like to retrofit the Lexus LS exhaust tips on my 2007 4 cylinder SE 4 Cyl, only if dual exhaust conversion doesn't have any adverse effects on my car.
Idk much about piping and exhaust systems. Where would the second pipe split from, after or before cat? what pipe diameter? Should the pipe diameter for both exhausts be smaller? Will it affect my hp/torque? Would it be louder or quieter? Any other forseeable effects?
How easy is this to do? I'm thinking about doing this to my 2003 Camry LE...

View 11 RepliesThe only light that comes on when entering the car is the dome light. Do the map lights not come on when entering the car? Very irritating. All of our past/present vehicles have the feature of all interior lights coming on before starting.
I have a 2015 Camry SE (non moon roof). If in fact the maps lights don't automatically come on when entering the car, can another map light fixture from a higher trim level be used instead? Or is this just a Camry thing.
