I bought my 2015 XLE May 20. I remember seeing in the vehicle setup a place to set the number of flashes of the turn signal when changing lanes, but now I cannot seem to find it. Where it is, or is it gone with the latest update?
View 13 RepliesI now have a 2002 Camry and the left rear turn signal has stopped working. When I put the signal on, it flashes about twice as fast inside and in the front, but nothing in the back. I replaced the bulb but it still didn't work. I'm going to switch the bulb here with the right one and see if it's still good just to be sure. Anyway, the rear left flasher doesn't work either. I've had turn signals be fuse related before but not when it's just one signal that's not working. Live in the city and driving without it is no good.

View 3 RepliesLove the turn signals of flashing 3 times if you just tap it. It will flash 5 times on the tap when you are pulling my rv. Is there a way to increase the number of flashes? Say 3 to 5 and 5 to 7. Couldn't find anything in the owners manual.
View 1 RepliesWe have a 2015 Sonata 2.4 Sport that has developed an intermittent turn signal problem. When the left turn signal is turned on, the right signal will blink. When the right signal is turned on, nothing blinks. A new symptom that recently started is sometimes neither turn signal will turn on regardless of the position of the turn signal stalk. I managed to get the car to dealer #1 while the LEFT=RIGHT & RIGHT=NOTHING issue was happening but while troubleshooting it, they ran across an inactivated aftermarket alarm system that dealer #2 that sold me the car had installed. I guess the alarm they install is so cheap, it's not even worth removing if they are unsuccessful in upselling you at the time of purchase.
Since dealer #1 would not troubleshoot any further unless the alarm was removed, I retrieved the car and took it back to the original dealer #2 I bought it from. They removed the alarm and the turn signals started working again, however, this lasted about 2 weeks before the symptoms returned. I booked an appointment at the dealer #1 to bring the car in & half way during the drive there, the turn signals started working again. With nothing to show them, I didn't drop off the car. Now the problem is back. Since it tends to come and go, I have try and time when I can drop the car off so it's happening when they get it.
I just replaced my turn signals with LED's, so obviously the car is reacting to the LED's by flashing quickly.
My question, is there any way of slowing down the speed of the turn signal WITHOUT replacing the LED back to stock bulbs?
I have a 2002 Camry with an A/C problem. When I turn on the A/C, the A/C light flashes and the compressor does not spin. I have check the following:
1. The compressor is fully functional when I feed power to it.
2. The A/C fuse, 10A, is functional.
3. The Mag CLT relay is functional.
4. The cabin filter is new.
5. There is enough refrigerant.
I have 2012 Prius that developed weird issue with turn signal. Every time turn signal is activated both front turn signals flashes and both rear turn signals flashes but one is very dimmed so I haven't noticed it is on until I pulled the bulb out.
So far, I took it to dealership and they replaced headlight switch which resulted in no change in condition. They also pin check wiring from switches to control modules, ohm tested ok. Since I am out of warranty they don't want to do anything unless I agree with extended diagnostics of 10+ hours of labor.
I am going to get some equipment (multimeter, scope) and do some voltage measurement to try to figure out what is going on. I don't know where the flasher and relays are located on Prius. Also looking for vschematic of the circuit to troubleshoot.
Thinking about getting a used Camry. Is there any issues with any of the years in the seventh generation Camry? What are some of your likes and dislikes of your car? For example I have been told that on the sixth generation Camry you have to remove the bumper to change the turn signal bulb. I have never had to deal with this, just what I have been told.
View 14 RepliesMy issue is i recently have put two different sets of front LED turn signals in my car and only after a day or so they blow out. When i pull out the bulbs they smell burnt. i do have LED turn signals in the rear as well they are plug and play with decoders no resistor required. For the front ones i did add 50W 6Ohm resistors on each side.

View 14 RepliesI've read that the driver gets a warning if the lane marker is crossed without the turn signal operating. If you pull out to pass a car and don't use the turn signal does it give a warning the entire time you're in the "wrong lane" ? Does the warning stop when you're back in the lane you left?

View 6 RepliesOk so my fire station has a 2003 f550 rescue truck with a rescue body with the round tail lights, we recently upgraded them to the LED ones that are much brighter but of course it flashes at the speed of sound. The question I have is:
1. the relay {flasher} is located on the driver side inner fender? I think....
2. does the same EP-27 relay/flasher fix the problem?
So with 172,000 miles my truck has started a new trick. When I turn on the turn signals theyll flash or interrupt normally for a few times then stop. After I turn the signal lever off and back on again they start to flash again only to stop after several times. This happens to both the left and right hand sides. The emergency flashers seem to work alright. Is this a function of the indicator flasher SF631? If so, were exactly is it located?

One thing I noticed is that even when I am driving by myself the yellow passenger airbag off light is always illuminated. Is this normal? I couldn't find anything in the settings. I would think it should flash a couple times then turn off.
View 10 RepliesMy 2015 camry front dome light switch is broken. This is the push type light. I am not sure how but today i was trying to turn the light on and noticed it wasn't turning on. When i opened the lens cover to switch the bulb i noticed the button was missing and the other side has a button. I don't understand why the light will not turn on when i open the door either. I tried sticking some thing small in to the broken part where the button used to be and it turns on if i do that, but i would have to hold it in place which is pretty inconvenient. What can i do to fix this? it seems like i have to replace the whole overhead assembly. Is there a cheap fix? i would be happy if the light comes on when i at least open the door.
View 9 RepliesI have a 97 Buick Regal with turn signal issues. The left side will not flash but stays lit and the right side flashes fast. I have the problem isolated to the Daytime Running Light Module. (replaced turn signal stalk, flasher and bulbs). I ran a jumper wire bypassing the module and everything works as it should. Do I need to replace this module, or can I simply bypass it without it messing anything else up. I don't want my horn going off when I change the station on the radio.
View 1 RepliesSo I had to replace a front ten signal bulb the other day and with almost no pressure, one of the small plastic tabs on the bulb socket broke off when I was trying to seat the new bulb into the headlight housing. The plastic socket looks like it's own piece that's removable from the wiring harness, but my dealer tells me it comes as a kit with the whole headlight housing and I'd have to replace the whole thing.

I have a led replacement flasher, but clip mounts and pin locations don't line up? I watch the video but I have nothing in area! Or I just need to install the resistors? Or it could be a combination circuit assembly where multiple function module all in one ?
