2008 Azera Ltd. with 100,000 miles. Good cold air on passenger side but not drivers side. Where is drivers side acuator located so I can try to test and replace?
View 13 RepliesMy 08 Azera blows cold air out the drivers side vent when everything on the right sides blows heat. If I set drivers side 88 degrees it blows some warm air. I changed the cabin filter and that did not work.
View 13 RepliesMy Hundai Azera 2009, was blowing heat on both side of a "dual system" during the cold months. Now that its warm weather when I turn on the A/C it blows cold on driver side vents , but hot air on passenger side. What do I need to correct this.

View 3 RepliesI have an 09 Limited with the dual automatic climate control. It finally got cool enough to start running the heater. The passenger side vents are throwing cold air instead of warm like the drivers side. This includes the windshield defroster. I'm thinking there is a diverter "somewhere" that is not working properly.
View 2 RepliesI have a 2006 Azera Limited and I am not getting any heat coming out of the passenger side vents. It will blow cold air so I know the blower motor is working and pumping out cold air, and I am getting heat on the drivers side just fine. With the cold weather now settling into Ohio, I wanna jump on this issue before it becomes a bigger problem.
View 1 RepliesHistory - So my A/C was going out about 6 months ago. It would come in and out with cold air until eventually it just stopped all cold air and was only hot. Then the control knobs broke. I took it in and they told me I had to replace the control unit and that would fix all the issues. Well I got it back and the A/C was still blowing hot air (even though the knobs were now working).
So I took it back in and they said they couldn't find anything wrong and it must be this hairline crack that was leaking freon. they said they couldn't find the crack but loaded it up with freon and said i would have to 'wait it out' could be years could be a few weeks, they just didn't know. well, it worked for awhile but here i am in 102 degree heat and when I turn on the A/C in the really hot car the passenger side quickly blows cold air and the driver side takes about 20 minutes before it finally gets cold. What gives? I do not have dual temperature controls.
I seem to be having an issue with my air conditioning. I don't think it's an ID-10T error, but it is very peculiar.
My driver side vents blow hot or lukewarm air, however my passenger vents are ice cold. I have the 15 limited, so it does have the "dual" control, and as such I think the issue may be related to that.
Both controls are set to low, max fan, head only, and AC. The "Sync" and "Auto" buttons have no effect.
Any things I can check? I really do not want to bring it into the dealer as they treated me very poorly the last time I came in and my car was out for a month.
2015 GTI autobahn w/pp. Couple of days ago i started to notice that the driver side air vents only blows out cold air even when the car is warmed up.
So I decided to try turning up the temp to hi for both sides, and i notice passenger side is blowing hot air like it supposed to while driver side is not. (this happens with and w/o AC).
This happens maybe 2/3 times i start the car, so I looked up online and seem to only find people complaint about air staying hot when temp set to low w/o AC....
I own a 2006 Hyundai Azera and for the last year, I've had a door lock issue. My driver's side door lock will not lock the door. It sometimes engages it slightly so I don't think it is electrical. It happened after I accidentally left the windows cracked during summer and there was a huge t-storm from which some rain water got on the door lock mechanism. Could it be the door lock actuator or perhaps a spring got loose?

I was going to remove a black cover directly above the bulbs but there is a notice on the black cover right behind it warning of tampering with air bag sensor. I assume its not in the front cover but looking further it doesn't look like I will have any access to the area I want to clean by removing it. 68k on 07 azera. Too soon for this,no?
View 1 RepliesThe driver side door lock doesn't work electronically. It locks and unlocks with the key and the knob on the inside but not with the remote and central locking. Though when I lock it, it does make a sound and the knob moves a little. Need to confirm that it is in fact the actuator ...
View 2 RepliesVehicle - 2005 Suburban LS, 5.3L V8; manual slide temp controls, separate controls for driver and passenger sides.Issue - In winter drive side vents will suddenly switch from blowing hot air to cold air. Just the opposite happens in the summer with drive side vents suddenly switching for blowing cold air to hot. Interestingly the passenger side vents operate normally. Sometimes if I stop and restart the vehicle the system will start working properly again but this does not always work.

After a couple min the drivers side vents loose heat and blows cold air. the heat on the pass side works fine. then the vent will change to defrost even though the display still shows its on vent. the only way to get it back is to mess with the vent control. then it will last about a min then back to defrost. at this point i just turn it off. I have already replaced the control panel to no avail ...
View 1 RepliesPush A/C button is always on green. The (air speed) 01234 button is also always on green. the Push button turns on and off orange whenever I click it.
Anyways, the AC doesn't blow any hot air... always just cold. I've adjusted the dial to red and have left it there for a long time... no hot air. Any trouble shooting I can do?
My 2014 Azera has a rattling on the driver's side. I'm pretty sure that when I open the door a half inch or so while driving the noise stops. It doesn't happen all the time and seem to vary in intensity. I'm having a hard time locating the source.
View 17 RepliesI have a 2004 Chevy Venture and the blower (Vent, AC, Heater, doesn't matter) is only blowing air out of the left or driver side of the van, nothing on the passenger side vents. There aren't 2 blower motors, are there? Is a door shut that shouldn't be? This van doesn't have dual climate control like my GM cars do. The rear controls work fine for the 2nd row passengers. Again, not tied to any blower speed or heat vs. AC. Same regardless. Nothing on the passenger side.
View 7 RepliesJust started experiencing an AC problem. First started with diminished cooling and airflow. Checked the filter and it was dirty, so replaced it. Airflow is completely restored however the air from the drivers side vents is significantly warmer than the passenger side vents.
View 1 RepliesRecently my 2006 Azera Limited with 3.8L V6 is making a valve tappet noise when cold - it goes away when the car is driven a few minutes. It now has 142K on it, is it just that the tappet has gotten 'dirty' and is sticking, or is this a sign of a much more serious problem? I am presuming the Azera has hydraulic tappets. There is no lack of engine performance or misfire at all. I have not yet changed its oil, the dealer I bought it from said they changed the oil when I bought it, just under 3000 miles ago. Could they have used the wrong oil? Too thick a grade? I have heard several other possibilities - the 'oil control valve' I think, or the valve lash being out of adjustment - but wouldn't either of these be constant issues? I'm hoping it's just oil related, which could be fixed easily..
